We must be careful with these decisions, it is best to take it easy, reflect and see what benefits this exchange can bring, it can be a superior one that is above it, and has many improvements and benefits for the project in general.

Exactly, it is as you say, we should see the benefits they bring to the project and act calmly and intelligently.

Votecentral seems very slow in both assigning tasks and approving thanks. Seems the moderators are overwhelmed. maybe some VIPS can be recruited just to check and add tasks to fast track the process. To unburden the mods and let them focus on more important things. I know i'd be willing to do that if assigned. For a few extra onions tho.

It's not a bad idea but it's not an easy thing to pull. Exchanges require a lot of expertise in security because they will be targeted by all kinds of attackers looking for vulnerabilities in every line of code.

That's what I was thinking, not only will they have to deal with government rules and regulations, but the constant attacks from hackers trying to hack it.

This would be a massive project to undertake, and top priority for DeepOnion should be the development of the coin and to follow the roadmap.

It is very true, this would be a great project, when DeepOnion finishes all its development, this would be a good thing to think about.

These exchanges are always moving the goalposts. We will get tier 1 eventually

Then we get the price we deserve

we need to consider what deeper wrote in linked post on official deeponion forum: fee is too much considering the service offered,
i do not know the technicalities but i am sure our devs have and i trust their judgment,
ok, we can direct our efforts toward another exchange :-)
