Is there a date on when VIP tasks will be done in votecentral?
I read in the forums that VIP's should be migrated to VoteCentral next week.
This is quite exciting. Can't wait to see what changes it is going to bring.
I think McAfee can give us the exposure needed. I don't love him, but he got a lot of followers.

Interesting.. now out of a sudden mcafee is welcome to tweet about deeponion? I remeber when the whole comunity was against him to talk about it. But now everybody is kinda happy about him when he talks about onion? #hypocrits
Are you sure? I remember me, myself being against people trying to get Mcafee, and being in the minority, with most people hoping for a mention. It's best to judge based on individuals since there are literally 3 comments about the tweet and the DeepOnion community is a lot larger than that. You would have to check the comments of those who are for it, and check to see if they were against it in the past.
Maybe we're remembering it different, I remember some people being excited of the possibility and others not. Either way, you literally have like 3 or 4 people from the community responding to his tweet.
You have to think in terms of individuals. It's like when one person does something and then their entire race gets the blame.
Yeah maybe you are right. Still I think we should be very careful when dealing with him so that we don't make ourselves a bad name.

No problem, its more organized in the community forum and very hard to track it in this forum.
Is reading the newsletter the best way to keep up with all the news? I found the forum is overloaded with information and hard to keep up without spending a great deal of time searching through.

I am feeling the same way too. The tide has turned now and I am not sure if this will ever backfire on us?

It was another good week of staking Onions. Not my best week but I'm not complaining.

Absolutely, first year will be 10% and it will be reduced to 5% the following year.
And then 1% beginning in the third year and going on in perpetuity?
I wonder if there are other ways to stake onions better? Aside from increasing your onion holdings.
If you are having unconfirmed stakes then you can add nodes, but there is no other way to increase your staking without adding Onions.
