Binance, Okex and Huobi - most better exchanges nowdays.

Kucoin is still a pretty popular exchange, it could attract a lot of volume by simply adding a "Stop Loss" function.

DeepOnion has also a lot of room to grow withing the current exchanges it's listed on, of course one big exchange would make it much easier though Cheesy

Checking their rules... I didn't know there was a way to edit tweets. Still can't find it.

As far as i know its impossible to technically edit a tweet. You have to delete it, than tweet again whatever you wish to "edit."
Maybe that is what they mean... or possibly multiple tweets from the same person.
