Why is Poloniex volume so low? Back when I was more into Crypto they were the number one exchange. Now everything is Binance. But how could Poloniex go from number 1 to number 24? Where they hacked or something?

7BTC is a lot - 45BTC is crazy! Even if such proposal goes through and DeepOnion gets onto an exchange like BitBTC, their rules allow them to delist a coin if it has low trade volumes, so DeepOnion needs to get more trade volumes on lower tier exchanges before venturing into applying with the big ones.

We can, we can negotiate, we can become more desirable etc... but what we should not do is to rush things Wink

The price is what it is, though. We can't change that fact.

Around here we actually say that someone is as smart as "Die Biene Maja", great work on following all 3 steps and successfully upgrading your wallet. Did you also perform dumpprivkey, to be extra safe? Private key is the only way to recover your wallet in case your wallet.dat becomes corrupted.
