I've seen so many ponzis on these boards but this is by far one of the worst , well not including the one with x100 profit in 1 day of course ,:D

It was you the one sent those bitcoins to that address? If so then it's you who have the control over fees, this means YOU have paid 0.002 BTC instead of the normal fee which is 0.0001 BTC.
