I vote Other, I refer to happy hour aka 0% odds in slots or in house games which make me as a gambler and the house has a same chance to win or lose. I also like odds boost if I bet in sports, I can take advantage over it and earn more money.

- Maybe for me, the welcome bonus is a strong attraction to attract more customers to play in their casino, because I see that the amount deposited is also the amount they will give to your balance using their casino.
There are other casinos where, when you deposit, even if it's only around 20–30 dollars, you have a welcome bonus that you can get from the casino, which is around 125 dollars, if I'm not mistaken. I hardly make any withdrawal from welcome bonuses, and I am not a lone in that. I don't know if it is a psychological thing, but I tend to be too reckless with bonuses and easily waste them away without any form of caution. Therefore, my choice is loyalty programs.
But I don't know of a casino that will allow you withdraw bonus that they gave to you either as a new comer to taste and wager or spin to have a feel of how it is with your real deposit.

With a loyalty program in place, there will always be incentives for joining and helping the online casino grow. It gives a sense of ownership because if the casino succeeds, the users will, so it is a win-win for everybody.
