It always depends on the casino I think. Usually I prefer to deposit with crypto currencies also. But on this one casino I am playing you have a lot of different deposit options. The only issue is that you can only withdraw with the same method you deposit with. Which was always cryptos for the last 2 years, but now since the recent crypto rally they added a minimum withdrawal amount of cryptos of 1000 USD. Which is quite a lot for a casual gambler like me. So now I need to switch do my credit card.

Nowadays, the gambling market is so wide that it is not difficult for you to change your usual gambling site for a similar one, but which will not have such high thresholds for withdrawal of cryptocurrency assets. In my opinion, the withdrawal threshold should not be limited to more than $100.

~ and besides using your card in gambling site is already a Red flag for me.

You are absolutely right. It is not very logical to use your debit card for deposit if there is a possibility to deposit via cryptocurrencies.

The less you share personal information online, the less chance that it will be used by scammers.
being anonymous on the a gambling site is important
try to avoid gambling sites that require KYC and do your research first

try to choose a gambling site that requires users to use a 2fa authenticator
it's important to avoid you from scammers during this pandemic

Educating yourself summarize every guide on how to keep yourself safe from online gaming scam, if you are an active gambler you will be targeted on your email, social media, telegram channel, but if you know how these scammers operate, you'll know how to react and address this, which is ignoring and deleting all communications, I have received a lot of invitation in my telegram channel, once you ask me how am I and ask my location I'm going to delete, they are good at sweet talk so they can open a flow of conversation.

The concept of scam can of course be explained in different ways. I don't think that has so much to do with the pandemic that is going on now (and which will also improve in the short term). The only argument you could make is that more and more online casinos are being added. There is always a risk that you will be scammed somewhere, that is independent of the pandemic. user experiences are the best indicator. Usually, personal data should be safe with the regulator.

It's really disappointing that lots of people are taking advantage of the pandemic situation by scamming gamblers. I agree that we shouldn't use our cards in gambling sites because we might put our personal information at risk as well as our personal funds. Also, we should be mindful in choosing a good site. I would prefer reputable and trusted casino sites instead of unknown sites that offer bonuses.
Even reputable and trusted casino sites aren't save from stealing data. This did happen a lot of times before. But of course the likelihood is much lower. My recommendation: Just never gamble online. If you really have to then you should go to a analog casino.

and besides that's why we are here  in crypto is to hide our personality and all of a sudden using your cards just to deposit and plays?

yeah Not appropriate and practical also.

Well it all boils down to being more skeptical with whatever it is you are getting into especially if it involves you spending money on it. You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist debunking all gambling sites out there as some sort of hidden scam sites. Just be a bit wary. Do your own research. That's all you need to do.
This should be a normal routine every time you visit any site and there should be no excuse in gambling site. As this pandemic forces as to transact more often online, hackers are also doing their best to look for their victim, we should always be cautious. We have to do our research all the time, don’t believe easily on what you saw online.
If you don't want to waste time just doing research every day, you can only use famous and trusted sites. because only that way, at least you already have good security even though it's not 100%, because the security that becomes perfect is coming from yourself about how you consider every offer you receive, the most important thing is to keep high vigilance and not careless in making decisions.

It can save our energy to select only those reputable since doing an expirement on untrusted casino is kinda a waste of resources for us. And if we don't want to get scam better not to play on unreputable casino since scams mostly happen there.

Its hard to trust new platform nowadays as series of scam already happen so if we think about playinb at them better wait for a while and let them earn a good reputation first.

Why use a debit card in gambling site that we already know how large scammers and hackers that waiting for a bite.
Well, unless the user is unaware of the reputation of the gambling website, that person that you are talking about are stupid, no in-between or any other description but stupid. I mean that's the only explanation as to why they will use a card on a site that has a tainted reputation.
Well it is for you to tell them because the very specific word i said is completely explains that i will never fall from this kind.

Crypto for the Crypto Throne!
Determining a scam campaign or promotion out of those influencers is really something hard to be done no matter what algos or rules or checks would be done but still spotting a fake or shady promotion is almost impossible since basing off on numbers of influencers specially in youtube platform alone is immense so its understandable that they cant really detect it out and would really let those promotions aired even though its already shady as hell.
People would accept out pays no matter what kind of company they are advertising on.

Hard? ) Are you joking? The internet is full of info that 1xBET is scam and despite this, Youtube is full of 1xBET scam ads and promotions. Of course, mostly outside of english speaking auditory. But still pity enough. For example, Youtube blocking nudity very fast.

Well, because Youtube did not know what is the content on the video not unless if there is someone who reported it. Same as Google ads or even Facebook ads, these two companies don't even know how to filter their video content, and perhaps if they will receive several reports about the content of the video and perhaps that the time they will take an action.

There is enough reports on casino ads i think. And as i said above, Youtubr blocking some content and ads very fast. Because this affects his interests directly.

Apart from this more number of YouTube influencers are misleading people towards different gambling platforms for their benefits through the ads at the beginning of videos. By this time each and everyone are suffering financially. When people are in need, they easily give a try and few succeed and majority losses. In my view it isn't the right time for those YouTube channels to mislead people.

Yep, I told about that in 1xBET topic. That many youtubers promoting everything, including scam casinos. They get paid and they're ready to promote any shit. And the most funny things is that Youtube by itself don't care about that (but this is weird to accuse video hosting service where was drug ads at some point of time)

However, on the other hand, -- we can't deny there are too many scam attempts during this pandemic, a lot of don't have a job, so everything on the internet where we can find to have extra income. Our diligence to take care of our valuable asset.

Other than that I do think it's wise to change the password every once in a while. The most important thing again would be to keep your mobile phone safe and make sure you don't take that security lightly. At the same time most of the sites engaging themselves with the people here are reputable and at the same time well established. You can for sure try them but people due to some bonuses etc. Try and use some fishy sites which ends bad at last.
If a site is giving you offer that is too good to be true you rather stay away from it. It's not something that I would recommend anyone using. The debit card one is a good point since most of the times you are redirected to some other payment third party site.
Thank you for the post . It's much needed at this time

Establishing reputation is something that you cant really easily earn as a business owner but once you do see progress and make profits on gradual basis then its just impossible for a service to become a scam because you can initially tell if the site is serious or not basing off with several factors.
Your statement may be challenged when the owner has good financial power to manage, pay for service, and place advertisement in various media to increase traffic and gain reputation for the business being run. Only owners who do not have the financial strength are at risk of running away from their customers' money and that is very likely because their business is a way to fill their money pocket, IMO.

Scams are common because scammers would really always target or look out into those places which do involve money. So it isn't really surprising at all.
True, and the risks are much greater if done online.

Misleading out people in the sense of directing people to play on a scam site? I dont usually see this one but those misleading bonuses and perks then i can say that this one is a bit common.

If influencers do really lead out people on a scammy site on the first place then that would surely take some toll on reputation and he's pretty aware of that.

So this is less likely to happen on my own view.In talks on making  yourself safe out of these scams then you should really be aware at least with those schemes. Majority would really be that obvious and some are not. Depending on how you do spot out those scams.
