Obviously it's possible to track with a graph on an exchange the performance of a single coin over time. Is there a site I can use to input the amounts of all of my coins in my exchange portfolio and get a their aggregate values graphed over time?

This has to exist. Thought I'd ask here so I could get a recommendation of the best site. Preferably one that saves my details so I don't have to input every time I need this data and allows me to login to an account.

I'm surprised this doesn't already exist of either Bitrex or Poloniex. They only have a snapshot of the current valuation of all of your coins.

Thanks in advance.

I would recommend the App Blockfolio. you can track every token that´s tradeable. put in your trades and watch you portfolio rise and fall in USD and BTC value.

yes i am using it too, i very like it because it is easy to use and most of the exchanger has been there and most of my coins too, thats why i like it most, both bitcoin and other coins has been there, thats the only app that i am using.

It's interesting service. Do you know something similar, but to be able to run it on 'local'. As I don't want any service provider to know exactly what and how many coins I'm holding. And when I', moving it. Call me paranoid, but with Big Data you can do a miracle quires in Python.
You don't need to provide any data, I think even email is not mandatory.
So no one from cointracking can know who you are.
If you are still paranoid, you can use VPN to hide your IP and such stuff.

I heard from "cointracer", this is a local program, but I never tried it and I fear it is only available in german:
https://www.cointracer.de/
and I think it has no graphs and such stuff, it is only to calculate profits for tax purpose.
It's EXEcutable which is not open source. And it's on beta phase, not updated from few months. .
And the VirusTotal page for the link to download it shows one positive.

I usually steer clear of .exe files unless they're made by large, regulated companies or they're open source.  They're the home of viruses.

A lot of people here use Blockfolio, which is a phone app.  Recently it was believed that Blockfolio were spying on their users' holdings, but Blockfolio has denied this (and you could always just take privacy measures like decreasing your holdings by a factor of 10 or 100).

you can try out cointracking.info (see signature for ref-link to get 10% discount, if you want to buy a package)
You can also use some features for free. Just try it.

Is apps included here? I am using blockfolio to track my portfolio. Its free and its updated always once  it is updated in exchanges. It supported several exchanges like the major ones like bittrex and polo. I think some are using tab trader.
