Hello guys, just wondering what the preferred Bitcoin storing method is around here, should I keep them in a online wallet like blockchain.info or keep them on my computer. And should I have it encrypted or put a password on it?

neither imo. i use paper wallets.

How do you encrypt it?

Try https://blockchain.info/. Online, secure and able to store backups on computer or printed page but your probably best store in multiple locations.
