After this though, I'll be using up two full 50A breakers (at 240V) for the sub-panels. ...much further than this and I wont be able to turn the dryer and oven on at the same time.
I'll have to look at adding another service.

There's nothing wrong with the 101 BIOS as long as the chip is stable. If it's running a 101 BIOS and is completely stable under load, you've got a very good chip. If you need the 107 BIOS, I can send it your way. I'm sure it's on TechPowerUp somewhere too.
Mine came with the 101 bios, no problems managing clocks manually for mining but haven't tried gaming yet. Where did you guys get the 107 bios? The latest OEM bios is v103 on tech powerup
