I wish them more success and pray they don't change when they get so big because most of us are increasingly dependent on their good services. Make them no break our heart ooo
I pray they don't change too, but I trust my Naija people once they notice a change in their services in the future everybody go japa leave them na. Opay has to understand that they have competitors out there who are working tirelessly to take them out of the market. I think with this in mind they will keep doing everything possible to keep delivering their best to their customers. I know that periodically they are always doing customer survey to know what their customers thinks about them and how to improve to keep delivering the best.

Opay,, in particular has done well right from time and I can say that there have overcome their worst phase when there was an insider attack on customer details but ever since that security issue was taken care of over 3 years ago,  Opay has been the top-notch and have always been keeping up with current financial demands from the public most especially in the year 2020-2023 their services have improved a lot and that can be also ascribed to the removal of their loan feature because some Nigerians took advantage of that to take loans without any plans of repayments and possibly abounding the loans.

This affected the company's revenue for some time before they finally discontinued the pay loan services and now giving loans from third-party loan companies.

I believe in the next few years from now, pay will be ranked among the top-rated in the country and that can be predicted with the steps the company has taken in terms of infrastructure and other development.

Let love lead
Congratulations to them for achieving this milestone. They really helped a lot of Nigerians during the time of cashless policy when money was not available as a result of change of currency. That was the time I heard about the bank and have been using it since then. Many people keep complaining about their lack of physical office but they still stand out and beat a lot of commercial banks in Nigeria in terms of everything. I hope they expand their reach more and become better for everyone to use them.

I'm very happy for them, their dedication is second to none. They've stood strong in the financial markets for some time now and their services are the best in my own rating cos their service is fast and accountable. I've Never experienced my cash hang, even in the  cashless policy times. Opay really saved my ass back then. They made sure we didn't feel the slow, frustrating bank network of the cashless policy time. I wish them more success and pray they don't change when they get so big because most of us are increasingly dependent on their good services. Make them no break our heart ooo

I want to commend on this Opay and Monie point because I am still yet to know the kind of network they are using that almost confirm payment with immediate release even the so called commercial banks in Nigeria still don't have that facilities to make our withdrawal and deposit to be instantly as these two digital bank do operates. If our banks can start operating like this then I can say we have started improving both in tech but instead they are taking over the network. Imagine I went to buy something and I wanted to make transfer the lady in charge asked if I am transferring from Opay or which bank and I said Opay she said that is good, other bank are delaying to confirm payment instantly but Opay and Monie points do confirm instantly. I was like are we gradually leaving our commercial bank to digital banking?

Still reminiscence the physical cash scarcity period at the start of this year between January to march, 2023, it was hell with all other common traditional banks when doing online cash transfers but Opay was a life-saver. While people using other banks had to wait for long, at times more than 24hrs to receive credit alert for transfer with that period due to the congestion of  network
it was a different story with opay. Not a promotion though but I must confess it saved me from those market women their wahala after buying a product where you will have to sit and be waiting for them to receive alert before you leave  Grin

Efficient, fast transfer and reception without transfer fees deduction. Many persons are scared of using Opay or leaving handsome amount of money their Opay account as a result of them not having physical offices networked throughout the country where a customer can work in a lay a complaint, so I think if Opay can make provisions for this to allay this fears they will be stealing many more customers from those other physically situated  banks in no time.
Congrats to Opay for the award, it's well deserved.

OPay has opened the eyes of many people for their fast and reliable transaction to any part of the world which, are part of some of the things that made me to introduced OPay to my company for other people to enjoy the service of OPay. Many banks lose customers to OPay just because of their poor network that will not allow people to transact at the moment to get the results to exchange what ever they want to exchange from the market.

I don't think their office are genuine in some areas in Nigeria because, the protests that happened recently in Lagos concerning some money that disappear from OPay customers account made many people to return back to their banks because, some of the OPay official said the matter is above their power which such a thing cannot happen in the bank and get such respond from their officials in the bank.

Congratulations on their award winning, opay don really help me during that cashless policy when my bank wanted to frustrate me with slow network, I used opay during that season and it was stress free, till now am still using opay hardly I use my access account receive money, most people during that cashless season said opay will fall and CBN government will shutdown opay, most people didn't trust the bank even now people will always say opay will crash very soon but with this award I believe people will change their thought.
Concerning the new office have heard similar story last month say opay go open new office, an opay agent stays in my area and the lady was telling me to create opay card for free and I asked what if the card expires and she said office go soon come that's why they're doing the card for free

Congratulations to them. opay has proven itself to be very reliable in it service and it's very rear before you will have a transaction with opay and experience any failure of any sort.

Having a physical presence will go a long way in boasting the trust people have for it and will also increase it efficiency to a very large extent.
From my observation , of all tye micro finance banks, it'ss been between opay, palmpay and monie point. The ease with which they render service to her customers is topnotch and close to none.

The great city of God 🔥
Congratulations to them! My love for opay is top notch. I have been using this opay for long and it's fast, convinient, safe and easy means of transaction and zero transaction fee. And other bonuses which make it more better than bank. And anyone can just open at the comfort of your zone without stress. I think many people who were afraid of going to bank due to que, has all gotten an opay account. And if care is not taken opay might replace normal banking system.

The reasons why opay is easy than normal banking system is as follows. (1) opay is cheaper in transaction compared to bank. They can never charge you for maintenance fee or unnecessary expenses. (2) opy is fast in transaction. Your money can not hang or you can never complain that you did transaction, and it never went to your receiver. Even if such happened they will quickly rectify it even dey don have bank or head office. (1) anyone is able to own an opay account without age restriction. Just by owning a Sim car and NIN you are good to go.(4) you can be claiming daily bonus and cashback at any card or data you have purchased, making you to have a small amount of money that will serve as a deduction fee that would have affected your capital.

The awards Opay digital service has gotten recently is very deserving of them, because I have been a long time user not only because I got to enjoy their service more when the past government issued the new naira Design policy and kept many of the offline banks restricted to only the service of the rich and powerful, but also because they are the modern day paradigm of what an online banking service renders in full prospects.

Even with the customer representative, they do well to respond to complaints and issue new ATM cards with swift delivery service to ones doorstep if so demands.

This award has sure put alot of pressure on Palmpay, kuda and other emerging Fintech digital banking companies to do better and offer great services to the awaiting customer broadband.

Congratulations to OPay. I kno say some establishments dey buy awards but the "Fintech award" wey dem receive from NITDA na legit and well deserved one. Opay get one of the best network, their transaction, whether na interbank or intrabank dey very fast and even when I dey use them pay for utility bills, I never experience delay or any kind of issue. Though, just like some other persons, I still get my doubts and na small money I dey put there. But with this news of a physical office now in Abuja and more to come in different parts of Nigeria, people go get some kind of confidence and trust them more with their money.

OPAY, has gained strong ground in Nigeria. Now Nigerians prefer to use their services rather than other microfinance banks. Kuda was my favorite but since they started so much maintenance on their site and most times i find it difficult to log in my Kuda account. The remedy to this at times, is to reboot my phone then sign in again before it can work.  It funny how i have to do that before assessing the app. Although am suspecting that whenever i restart the phone it helps the Kuda app refresh by that it will allow usage. When it comes to OPAY everything is swift and fast i have never had any bad experience on it. My reviews are positive one thing they should try to do is to focus on bringing good features on their platform since they have gotten more users now.

Congratulations to the Opay team for achieving the best Fintech company in Nigeria and establishing an office, where Individuals can solve their issues if they have one. This physical office that the Opay team established will create more adoption for Opay because some people refuse to use Opay because they don't have a physical office and people think they will run away with people's money one day, but thanks to this new development, it will increase people faith in using Opay service. As e be so I dey enjoy Opay service die if I do P2P trading two seconds I don see my money for my Opay account and I fit do three free transfer each day. And if you save 10,000 Naira for your Opay account you stand a chance to win something, na the promo way dey for now.

It's nice to finally have a location to the name.. Everyone who were skeptical about using these digital banks and services were right to do so. Because any of them would just disappear with customer's funds and there'd be no one to hold responsible. It would be more better if more and more fintech banks follow the open route and get offices. It's already a successful business - why not just open an office and serve customers better?

Btw, congrats to the Opay team on achieving the feat.

Although opay have been around since 2017-208, at least that is how far back that I started using Opay while as an undergraduate,  the fintech seemed unpopular back then but was still available and gave their customers the best of service, I digital bank which offers some other investment and point of sales services (POS).

It used to be Kuda until they mandatorily charged users N50 for every transaction into their accounts. It might seem minor but N50 * 20 transactions in a day or more and the fee gets bigger.

Before now, I dey always fear to leave better money for Dem account because I no trust anything wey no get where person fit make complain go. Now with the current image wey most of Dem don build, Dem con show say Dem dey even more reliable than our normal banks Dem. People like Uba, wey u go leave money for account Dem go dey commot money every dey for watin person no no. I really dislike or commercial banks Dem as Dem dey sabi thief well well. With dis new innovation, nija people go get joy as opay dey do well.

This digital mobile bank is good but it also has its challengees ranging from not having a physical office were we can lay complain if anything should happen, and this banks do have occasional proems without it been resolved almost all the time, I think this digital banks should up their game in terms of customer validation many people now use this banks to receive scam money kidnapping money and all sort with out trace
Op I no agree with, it is true that Opay has not gotten lots of physical offices in Nigeria but they are changing the narratives gradually. Opay has an effective customer service in their platform and as an Opay user I know what am talking about. I have to bring it to your knowledge that you can't open an Opay account without your bank verification number (BVN). Just like every other Banks opay has what is called Tier 1, 2 and 3. And each of these tiers has their maximum amount they can carry and for you to upgrade to a higher tier you will have to provide your documents and do a video verification to really confirm if those documents are yours. So I think opay has a good customer validation and kyc process. I understand we are Nigerians and we are used to life in the hard ways, and this makes us not to appreciate technological advancement. Opay and others are making life easier for everyone to do things at their convenience and at the comfort of their homes.

if you mistakenly lost ur sim u are a goner they will just do forget pin and your money is gone a friend of mine was a victim of this and they even borrowed money on top of it
This is not possible, if you lost your Sim and someone tries to do forgotten pin and tries to reset your pin the person will be asked to provide the BVN associated with the account for the pin to be successfully reset and only you know your bvn number. That's why it has been advised several times not to store your bvn or other sensitive information like your seed phrases on your phone.

currently some banks are planning not to transact with this digital banks because of there little or no effective kyc registration
Can you provide a reference to this your claims as I haven't read or hear anything like this from the newspapers or any radio or TV station. Let's be careful in sharing unverified news as they can be misleading. I will really appreciate if you provide a reference where others can check and see if what you are saying is legit.

I for one do not trust this banks and people keeping a large some of money in it should be extremely careful because everything has an end I know many people will go contrary to my statement but that's my stand federal government made a mistake by granting it cac and now they are looking for a way to ban them but because of the cac federal government can't.
Another lie here, the federal government can withdraw any cac issued to any business operating in the country once they noticed that the business is harmful to the citizens. I laughed when you said the federal government can't are you joking? Let's go for knowledge first before making some comments in public domain.

Opay are gaining ground in Nigeria because they really know what Nigerians want and they know the challenges of other banks in Nigerie which they seems not to upgrade and become better. One thing Nigerians prefer with this opay transaction is very fast and no delay,  no much charges fees compare to other banks. In other banks sometimes you find it difficult to access your money for days. Is as if opay fon look see the problem of other bank and make their own be what people are looking for.

Opay has really made transactions more easier and faster within the period that it started gaining attention. Opay started gaining more recognition during the naira redesign period, so due to the frustration that bank customers were facing from their various banks as at then, so a lot of people were introduced to use Opay and it helped lot of people perform several transactions without hitches. I think Opay can be trusted since it not centralized here in Nigeria it was only licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria so since the platform isn't centralized here in Nigeria I believe it will be unlikely to defraud it's users so Opay is recommended for safer, easier and faster transactions I also commend them for recorded a sustainable success so far and I pray they continue. I also applaud them on their recent award as it is well deserved.
