Hi I joined your campaign last week and I set my signature avatar and personal message according to the campaign rules. when I check the campaign participant list, I can't find my name on the list. I was wondering if I could find out if I got into the campaign or not.
You got it all wrong. First, you don't change your signature and/ or avatar when you apply. Second, once you get accepted by Hhampuz, your application will be quoted by him just like the below:

sometimes laziness brings us to this situation lol.
why not check the spreadsheet from time to time to find your name if listed?but if you're not there then surely you are denied .
it wasnt a hard job to check the sheet,and besides a true Forum members that wanted to help community will make a post even not participating a campaign.
another thing @Hhampuz is one of the fairest and understanding manager in this forum so if you dont see your name in the list meaning that you don't deserve to be in his particular campaign and Move On.
Just to add, Hhampuz would only quote you if you're accepted. He mentioned that when I sent him a PM.

I wore the signature, avatar and personal message for 1week and do the job, I made 15 constructive comment in gambling and 15 to other channel, but it seems that all of my work and effort are in vain.. You have a great strategy of promoting your signature campaign that anyone can do the job without ANY ASSURANCE that they will be accepted and receive the payment!

It's part of his strategy to not letting know everyone if she/he was accepted or not.
It's not mandatory to wear the signature and then apply. You could have applied without wearing the signature, if accepted then you could start posting. While it's his job to ensure he anyone is accepted, it's not his job to ensure if anyone is not accepted. See how other campaigns work, everyone apply for being accepted, before being accepted, why do you bother to ear signature? legendary
