How do you plan on collecting fund to pay for the required electricity? What are your electricity costs? We need more information in order to judge your ability to run a group buy, my past experiences, have taught me that just because you can does not mean somebody should run a group buy.
I already explain, i need the money now for a personal issue, i can't wait refund.
For eletricity you don't have to worry, i have my 500 gh/s of earn.I'll pay eletricity from them.

because if it is violated I'm not going to pursue someone halfway across the world for a couple of hundred dollars.
It all comes down to a trust issue, you should try and get someone known from this site to vouch for you.
I will wait & see how this progresses.
