Ps: I'm open to contributions from all users of the campaign in giving the project the best we can. Kudos to everyone doing that.

That sounds great and I'm glad you think so. I really appreciate your time and the work that you do managing this campaign.

@vella85, Frankly, I am surprised by your position on this, especially as a longtime member of this forum. Did you at least took a few moments to go through that member’s history? Or maybe it's your alt account? Just kidding! Cheesy
The rules exist for a reason and we shouldn't behave here any differently than in the real world. I'm not playing at being some kind of forum marshal here, but whenever I notice a spam, plagiarism or some other offense I will report that. I think we all should. As CryptopreneurBrainboss stated, we shouldn't expect all the work to be done only by forum and campaign moderators.

Welll said, everyone is welcome to contribute to the success of the campaign. This can't be a one man job due to some human factor I'm bond to miss some clear errors which meant be visible to others but where I might get offended is when things are over done. Burst posting can't be the same for every Campaign. In Bitvest since there's a maximum of 60 post to be made weekly, anything within 10-15 posts supposenly they're quality contributions and written within a decent about of time apart would be ok by me. But that won't be the case in other Campaign that requires less maximum countable posts.

The users in tier E are very tiresome to handle, just exploring some measure I employed to handle them. When I see them go against the rules, sometimes I intentionally decide not to warn so they don't try to outsmart the rules by doing the right thing in the present week then probably go back to their old ways in the next week and follow that pattern.

The user in question has been identified as a users that doesn't follow the rules of the campaign (his time in the campaign are numbered already) previously he was removed before giving a second chance. He was also inactive before doing what you just highlighted the past week. I'm aware of all that, sometimes I give grace.

Ps: I'm open to contributions from all users of the campaign in giving the project the best we can. Kudos to everyone doing that.

Things aren't actually like that. If someone's work schedule doesn't allow him to respect the forum's and campaign's rules, he should look for a campaign more appropriate for his schedule and posting behavior. But not to engage in burst posting. If you'll look at the Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ, the penultimate rule states the following:

32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

This covers also burst posting.

In your case, if you don't have time Mondays and Tuesdays, you still have 5 days of the week to meet the 15 posts requirement. The problem with that mentioned user is that he makes almost all his posts Sunday mornings in order to meet the 15 posts treshold, practically making burst posting for achieving the number of 15 posts.

I don't understand why some members are going around checking everything that other members are doing, its like post police. I'm sure the campaign manager is looking out for anyone doing the wrong thing here.

This means that users give a hand of help to the campaign manager and to the forum as a whole. As some report spams, scams or plagiarized content. Others may report campaign users breaking the campaign's or forum's rules.

Of course, the campaign manager also should look for offenders, but let's remember though that he is only human and just 1 person. When you have to look after tens (sometimes hundreds) of users engaged in your campaigns, you may not notice always all the offenders. That's why a hand of help is always welcomed.

I've been looking at his posting pattern for the last few weeks. Most of his posts are made in a few hours period, mostly on Saturdays or Sundays, just to fill the quota.
Of course, I am fully aware that it is up to the manager to select a campaign participant according to his own judgment. I'm just wondering if this is considered a burst posting?

Well did you stop and think that maybe this person has a full time job and works Monday - Friday and doesn't have time to post during the week? I could be wrong of course but I don't understand why some members are going around checking everything that other members are doing, its like post police. I'm sure the campaign manager is looking out for anyone doing the wrong thing here. I for one sometimes can't post on Monday's and Tuesday's as I am busy so maybe this could be the same for this member.

Yes, this is burst posting. This is not the first time when this user was part of the campaign. He was part of Bitvest before and he left with 0 posts, after he was tolerated multiple weeks with 0 posts. I also mentioned him for unconstructive behavior a while ago. Back then he was not posting at all and he was a campaign member; now he is burst posting lol. For more information, you can check my analysis from here. Maybe you'll spot more offenders after reading my analysis Smiley

Spreadsheet for round 89 has been turned in to lightlord for payment. All outstanding payment will be made next week, stay tuned.

Thank you, CryptopreneurBrainboss.

I was just wondering, what is the policy of this campaign regarding burst posting? I see that there are members who make all the required posts in just one day. Is this allowed or is it tolerated only in certain cases?
I don't have much experience in campaigns yet so sorry for the newbie questions.

This looks like a good opportunity for people to earn some bitcoins. However, in my case, I have not rank or reputation yet. I hope I can get to get accepted in this way of earning soon.
