Maybe you are looking on "G" column? This is only Bonus posts number. Take a look on "F". Only line 106 and 112 made less than 15 posts, and didn't get payed.

can I again participate in the bounty campaign?
I was here once, but was expelled from the contestants for not writing a post for 2 weeks.
I already mentioned about that - I had a block for 7 days and deleted the posts of the previous week at that time
I would really like to become a part of this project again. it really impresses me.

IMO, I think it's impossible for you to get back. Since you didn't manage to finish the task for 2 weeks, it shows a bad impression.
I know that there's a lot of good poster out there who wants a slot on this campaign.
You can start in a free slot if available and accepted by the campaign manager. There's no positive nor negative bias for ex participants.

a new local campaign appeared that fits my needs a bit better, because it requires less posts.
I got a freelance job that will take a bit more of my time than I expected in the upcoming weeks so it'll be better to make this change.

Writing before your other friends doesn't mean that you are accepted. Take note that the campaign manager has requirements in order for you to be accepted. I have visited your post history and what I only see are : Proof of Authentications, Local posts and nothing more. Compare your post history to the ones who are accepted and you will see the difference It is better if you will join in bounty campaigns that are paying altcoins since you will be accepted there 100%
