Well people are mistaken to understand what you need because of the word "at someone who will maintain the current marketing measures: sig. campaigns and banners." So for people out there he clearly wants to look for those people who wants to invest to his lottery site and to be a stake holder, so he wants you guys to buy some of his stocks. I hope this would help others from inquiring to offer their services.

So you are looking for a person that will work to your lottery as sort of marketing manager and in return he is going to get paid by the revenue of your gambling site? Thats a good deal, I am interested to manage your signature campaign but I don't have any experience at all maybe you could try to offer it with some experienced campaign managers.

The current budget for advertising + hosting is about 300 USD/month and we are not willing to spend more than that.
If you have any idea for a marketing campaign that needs to spend more, we are definitely open to any proposition.
Depending on the marketing cost that you propose, we can also consider giving equities against an investment, but our intention here is not to look for an investor, but a person who believes in the project and who is willing to spend time.
