Ya ye know what, I messaged him a few days ago and missed his reply and just bought the shares now before reading the rest of this thread. Seems I screwed up and missed the boat before the merging of the Saturn. So uhh... I guess i'll request a refund. Bugger.

Now, what I think we should focus on is how this mining company will be giving out dividends. There's been a lot of talk about whether people should get dividends as the miners they bought into came in, or whether the dividends will be split among everybody who has contributed to a machine, and the dividends each person earns will increase as more machines come in. As somebody who bought into machines pretty late in the game, I admit I am a bit biased towards the second option. However, I do think we should put this up to a vote.

Another thing to talk about is whether we want to take a little bit out of our earnings and reinvest it in additional machines. If we decide to do this, we'll need to determine how much we take out of each share to put aside, and then after that, determine how the payout from the additional machines will work. Will it be split equally (if there are 100 investors in the company total, will we divide the earnings from the additional machine by 100), or will it be done by splitting the earnings by how much "stock" you owe in the company?

Can you go ahead and order it, then choose random people to refund?  I just want to get it ordered...

Also, I'm in CT, so I'd be glad to sign an NDA (or since I'm <18, have my mom sign an NDA) and visit the machine / take pictures!

Everything should be fixed. As per request I have merged Saturn with Jupiter. I think this is a no brainer because you will be getting more bang for your buck!

Jupiter has been put in order but NOT purchased yet. We need to fill the requirements so I can go ahead and purchase it.

Due to recent theft of crazyblane's Avalon ASIC I would probably require an NDA requirement so you will not disclose the locations of the machines for security reasons of share owners and also your identifications.

Can i suggest one thing?

Those who are in 11th saturn could move to 1st Jupiter so this one can close and all the company could benefit from an upgrade to the hashrate.

Don't know if this is complicated. According to my claculations all saturn shares into jupiter would exceed 8 shares. In this case the first 143 shares (saturn/jupiter together) would close the order.

What do you think?

I don't get it. I bought but my share isn't getting counted, despite PNs and posts in this thread.

I second this. I think most of them don't follow this post, and aren't aware of this issue. So maybe write them a PM and hope they turned on their e-mail notification?

I'd suggest you ask all the #11 to either give permission to be put on the jupiter list or get refunded, so you can close it for good.
It's really just better for everyone to be on jupiter, so I don't think anyone minds.
