If you want to add a fee for your time and efforts involved with the admin side of things then I have no issues with that, but id have to say that 30% really is a high mark up do you not agree? 2.5 - 5% would be a more reasonable figure for a fee like that I believe, if you were to add a fee on id be more than comfortable if it was only between 2 and 5% instead of hitting 30%. But its your group of course and you can rule with an iron fist if you wished to, I know I would

Seeing as you did not have those terms listed on our orignal contract here on the OP do you think its fair to enforce that rule regarding the 30% fee. I really hope you decide to waive it, otherwise I would like to ask for a refund. Nothing against your group buy, its just im in this to make gains, not losses.

Good question. I did not mention here but in the contract with people I know IRL I stated that you can forfeit your shares anytime or sell them at 30% fee. This is to discourage selling because I will be handling a lot of machines and a lot of shareholders.
