Since this is not a token, and according to the official announcement this coin is going to be launched on the exchange next month, right?
So naturally, they wouldn't want to allow bounty hunters to dump their coin unexpectedly.
So in the interest of making the project successful, it makes more sense to dispose of the bounty hunter's payment at the end of the campaign.
but personally, I think this rule should be relaxed for signature campaigns only, in which case half-payment can be given in stable coins to attract the quality poster.
anyway, this project seems legit to me, best of luck.
The committee allowed a specific marketing budget. The marketing allowance is very insignificant to the internal project pool. Even if bounty hunters dump all at once, it will not affect the price at all.
