It is important to take good care of our health because without good health we are poor. It's too general and not correct. Each person will hold bitcoins during a different time like 1 day (they still consider they are holder), 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or 1 year and even longer.

There is no one on earth who is capable of spending 24 hours a day on Bitcoin without doing any other thing in life. We always have time for our other activities, and our leisure time is also not excluded.

Health matters a lot to everyone's life, and as such, we all take good care of it. Even when someone is addicted to something, that does not mean they will not have any other time aside from spending it just on that.

Bitcoin is an exciting thing, and we learn a lot about it every single day and time. I read news, study about new things around it, and all of that, but it's not compulsory that it must be done in an instance; we also spend time on ourselves.

Bitcoin is not that much work for one to dedicate their whole day to it; even those who are not just investors but developers and hackers who are either looking for ways to make the system better or ways to penetrate the system still have time for themselves and take good care of their health.

To me, I don't think there is anyone out there who is putting 100% of their time just on Bitcoin; it's nearly impossible, although there are people who are obsessed with things but not to that extent.
