I am also looking for a futures contract with someone to maintain the USD value of BTC regardless of price fluctuations while obviously keeping BTC in BTC and not USD. Propose a way to do this if you can think of one.

Also, in terms of structure there are volumes that can and have been written about auction formats, but generally I prefer a best price auction where all winning bidders pay the lowest winning bid. You get a bit less payment from the highest bidders, but you also encourage higher bids since they risk less (avoiding winner's curse).
