I cannot see this order on your website. Or is it an order from yourself instead from a customer?

It is an inherent + point of running such a site where users can freely quote their own price. You can call it a novelty of my site or the business model, does not make a difference as long as people are getting a better deal.

P.S- We can discuss these things on my other thread. Leave dis 1 for updating the order book.

Its like USD price @ forex. When u gonna buy it is higher and when u gonna sell it is lower.
This might be true at the time the price is quoted but trades take place at both above & below the international market rates. The novelty of the my site lies is the fact that in a majority of the trades executed buyer is able to buy at a price lower and seller is able to sell at a price higher than those available on other trading platforms operating in India.

What does your platform's novelty have to do with it? Isnt this an open market book? so if users place better orders, you will have tighter spreads. If they dont, you wont!
Just trying to understand and not throwing you under the bus!
