Site is gone, no need to keep talking about it.  He is never coming back online and the site will never refund the money.

This is a well planned scam and they run with all people there Bitcoin. Just few reasons why they are scammers and why you never see them again.

Reasons:
-Sector never came back online-
-faking seized picture
-closing threat about Ore-mine

if it all happened is definitely a scam, sector online never again, after it happened

If you look back to the end of the ore-mine thread some account on this forum named "Justice666" was "threatening" to kill Sector.

Obviously that should be taken both seriously and jokingly since the Internet is the Internet and it's not like the guy will actually track you down. Still, make sure you're protected. Never the less, Sector used that as a reason to shut down the thread. Because he didn't want death threats, he shut everything down to make it worse.

Problem is, if you look "Justice666"'was registered around the same time ore-mine was seized. It is most likely one of his alts and he'll use it as an excuse to just leave.

He'll never be back online nor will ore-mine. Feel sorry for those who were scammed, I belong to that group but only lost a few dollars compared to the hundreds who lost a lot more.

Lol the domain was not seized all he needs to do it upload that image and it will be done.

If it actually seized aswell, why would the creator shut down the bitcointalk thread will not addressing the problem - any legitimate admin would do that. Finally, if ore-mine was actually doing what said it was doing, it would not have been "seized". Either way the admin lied and has scammed in a way many others already have.

I am not sure that "sector" was the admin.

I do know that he acted a bit like a "child" when he locked hhis thread and abandoned his account. Claiming that his life had been threatened or something...

Not sure if he has logged on since. Hwever, there is not really any reason for him to come back to the forum, and if he does, he will come back as either a newbie account, or a purchased account (his account is less than useless now!)

Is this really true? All my money is gone ? I have around 1 btc there.. so everything is gone?

It was seized by one of two people:
Server Admins or Hackers.

This is what appears on their site at the moment, incase anyone needed to know.
I added this as it will be referenced here. The image url first looks a bit fishy and it is just an image placed on their html page. Second, the US government don't keep serves "up" when they hack them if they plan to use the evidence on them.

Now since Ore-mine.org  turned to be a scam, maybe it is the time to join/play on a serious website which always pays his users:   Bitcoin Space Mining Game

Completely fake way to EXIT with all your coins.

SSL cert never changed... so no seizure took place.

IP address where domain points never changed... so no seizure took place.

There is no paperwork from the Southern District of New York and no filings that would be required BEFORE a seizure... (Why Southern District of New York?  Because that's the prosecuting agency that was in the image that was taken from the LibertyReserve website.)

Any reputable "wallet" company (which Ore-Mine was attempting to promote itself to be) would have backup private keys and could easily restart on any other server and just pickup right where things were left after the "seizure"... which actually never happened.

if you all believe, that the site is completely controlled by the FBI?
I think not .. because I have asked my colleagues who worked on it. that the FBI did not have a seizure solid base to proceed to the law ..
and this is just a trick of his owner .. if everything would be deceived again by fraudsters

Here's what I just posted on the other ore-mine.org thread.

Seized website #1; LibertyReserve.
Domain: Libertyreserve.com

Seized website #2; Bodog
Domain: Bodog.com

"Seized" website #3; Ore-mine
Domain: ore-mine.org

Website #1 seized website image hosted at; http://libertyreserve.com/Seized5_HR.png
Image name is Seized5_HR.png

Website #2 seized website image hosted at; http://bodog.com/IPRC_Seized_2011_05_Baltimore.gif
Image name is IPRC_Seized_2011_05_Baltimore.gif

Website #3 seized website image hosted at; http://ore-mine.org/Seized5_HR.png
Image name is Seized5_HR.png

Let's see the differences.
LibertyReserve  & Ore-mine.
Image: Exact same reason for seizing. Exact same name.
I would say it was a very big coincidence if it wasn't for the fact that they added the 45% discount & the new years mine. Luring people in, scamming & claiming to be seized. The funny thing is they didn't even bother changing the image name. Bodog & a few other sites I checked with similar images/seize messages didn't have the "Seized5_HR.png" name.

Most likely a scam.
no relation, search "domain seized" on google images
http://www.theblaze.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Seized5_HR.png

fourth result for me...they just saved then uploaded onto hosting.

Yes it is a scam, that seized thing is just an image.  Ore-mine is not based in southern new york it is based in the Ukraine and hosted in Russia.  In addition it scammed just when the new years mines were to pay out.  So yeah its gone.

exactly man , also there is no reason to seize such a site cause usually seized sites are for drugs or gambling
I think the owner of ore mine scammed and just left this photo for the members
we all saw this coming , hope you didn't lose much
