Don't ever send first without investigating the activity of the person you're dealing with. Look at his/her trust ratings and see if he is active in the community with that, you will notice already some telltale signs. If you are in doubt always do escrow.

How is the managed approach implemented?Is there a dedicated staff?We should guarantee the safety of OTC.

Don't send first if you are not dealing with an old member with a good trust.

Otc threads are full of scammers. HmmMAA is escrowing transactions for just %1 of your semux.

Yes, it would appear so, maybe I need to be up earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, I am not much of a BTC hodler so I will not benefit from the proposed next round so I can only hope that some of the next recipients will consider selling on.
