When I first saw the name Otika I thought that someone cloned your script and now you will have illegal competitor 
Actually it is nice that Xotika is broaden their target and now offers stream friendly for all ages.
But unfortunately with HUGE competition in this field (twitch.tv, hitbox.tv, azubu and many more) you might have a problem with getting your part of a cake.

Well, they are putting their foot in the door and if they promote it with prizes like they are doing now, people might migrate to it from those
platforms. If they can gain only a small percentage of that market, then they will reap the profits. Those other sites do not have to incentivise
users to use them, because they have already went through that start-up stages... This site is unique because it accept Bitcoin and they will
target that part of the market. Good work OP... but we still like Xotika more.

Is the issue with player lag fixed? Could bring some traffic over there, since it's SFW, but gotta make sure it wont lag.
Not sure what you mean by player lag. The only lag would be coming from the streamers computer/internet connect not from the site. Same engine as Xotika.TV which works fine with HD streams.

That is greate I like your system of Xotika but the problem was that it was not good for every time adult and for other sources I liked that we have the same system like xotika but now the problem solved now we can get more fun with Otika.

It's still in beta same as Xotika so mobile support is still limited. They have support for mobile planned though. It's just a matter of when it happens.
Looks a nice idea. To complete your family you really need to provide that also. Will there also be a place for to communicate each others? like there will channels of each one and we will chat with video and voice etc? I like to provide a system like tinychat.
Plus try to work hard for this site also as you did for xotika. You need to spread the term everywhere. Try to start advertising at least on this forum. Will you start a signature campaign for it?
