I moved all of my OTP to my app wallet and started my holding policy. My question, can I start a holding policy with the tokens I intend on purchasing when the exchange goes live in Nov.?

No. The token hasnt been distributed yet, i think that ico investors did received their tokens or soon they will but the bounty participants are the last one on the line. to answer you question..not until dec 25th.

Not all good ISO have rules for KYC, but here a person asks, do bounty hunters need to pass a KYC test or not? I, too, are interested in this issue.
