Good hope is still there, the point is don't think pessimistically in the recent downturn, to decide something without thinking twice, Bitcoin is still within the scope of the crowd of people, it still possible that it could still result in a higher price movement in another time, this is indeed a good time to buy if you have more money to gain another profit before we are in a high trend again.

If we were going to look back at the price of bitcoin for the past 2-3 months the market price didn't go beyond $30,000, yes due to volatility of the market we can still be able to see the sudden fluctuations of the market price but the price corrections seem to be in a strong resistance of $40k-$50k. Actually, any moment in bitcoin is a good choice to invest with a current price of $42k opening in a green candle still we don't sure what the next market movements in any moment but I am very optimistic that bitcoin would go up it's before year end.

What have you noticed lately about the price fluctuation of our dear bitcoin?

Same the same, it's very volatile, one day you will see the price going to $48k didn't hold. And then it goes down to $41k in the last 4 hours.

Something tells me it is a good time to buy, preferably *stock it* depending
on the trading style you choose, as there has been an impromptu decline in
the rate and monetary value.

As others have said, "BTFD", so if you have some extra cash to invest then this is the right time to pour some money and then HODL, nothing specially about that strategy, but mental toughness and be a strong hand and long for the long term.

Though I'm optimistic that a reversal, upward trend awaits the bitcoin price
and I see it going to a 52-55k upward trend when this happens.
Let's see what it has to offer us in its next movement.

Hopefully, we may see another all time high at the end of the year. Or better yet, a 6 digits figure.

What have I noticed? The same thing that I have been noticing for the past few years. The price is volatile. Once the price starts to go up, it becomes stable for a while and then we see the price fall back (correction). The cycle keeps on repeating. This is nothing new. You don't always have to buy when the price starts to fall. You can buy anytime. You can even buy when the price starts to go up. You don't have to wait for a "reversal". As long as you are planning to hold for a long term and do not sell when the price drops, then you will be fine.

Whenever there is a drop there are 2 kinds of people, one of them loses money today, the other makes profit later. The one that loses money today is the person who gets scared and ends up selling their coins and runs away from the market, the one that profits later is the one realizes prices will recover eventually anyway and will make a profit.

All in all I would assume that we should not be focusing on the price drop of today, but the price increase of tomorrow. Is there anyone who believes price will not go up in the long run? We all know that this drop will be recovered and price will be 50k+ once again, which is nearly a 25% increase at the peak, that is a good place to buy.
People should realize off these things but most of the time they do freak out whenever they do see these kind of declines on a short span of time without being aware nor realizing that this isnt the time for you to panic
but rather seeing this as an opportunity for you to buy cheaper coins and this is something that couldnt just really let this chance to slop out. These price movements is something an ordinary day on this
market and if you've been here already for a while then you wont really be affected by these movement much.Currently it is really making out some good point on where the support of 40k hasnt been broken.
Lets just hope for some recovery.

The whole market is upside down right now. Whether it is stock or crypto !!
So yeah, time to pull up sleeves and start buying.
The whole forum is flooded with the similar threads on every section.  Tongue
I think most of the peeps do not want to miss this train.

There is gut feeling, market is going to pump very hard this time breaking all the previous ATH. This is start of new cycle because it’s year end and the final quarter.

Check the historical data by December everything gets pumped.

I think it's good to buy the dip but you know how the market behaves sometimes, you will think you have bought the dip and when you later check, it will dip more due to pressure from sellers.
If you are familiar with Eliot wave analytical trading strategy, you will notice that this is market Eliot wave 3 which usually comes the last, that's why I think many are selling their bags and also die to China megabank bankruptcy.
It's good to buy but don't forget to apply caution not to get trap.

You know what I have noticed? The fact that bitcoin is volatile and has price fluctuations— the same way it has been since it’s inception. The recent price drops aren’t any different.

And bitcoin will always be a good buy; regardless if a price reversal is right around the corner or not.

I also think that it is a good time to buy. Bitcoin price is still fluctuating a lot. It has went down to $43k again. Moreover in the last 24 hours, the price went down to even $40k. This could be a sign for even going down below $40k soon. So, I'm really indecisive about waiting or buying now. But I guess that I will buy some these days. And if the price goes down below $40k, I will be buying more to be able to make a greater profit in the long run.

The price of bitcoin rose on El Salvador's bitcoin adoption.

....

Then the US stock market crashed, which the media attributes to a real estate sell off in china:

....

Bitcoin's latest decline seems to mirrors the stock market crash:

(Note how the shape of the decline of the stock market and bitcoin appear similar)

News of south korean tax hikes on crypto along with the introduction of strict USA style reporting requirements which forced the closure of some exchanges could also factor in.

Yes, it's a good time to buy.

And what you've said is likely to happen and you only have to wait after buying and it will eventually recover. If you still haven't bought it, think of it and if the price is already good for you to buy.

The others are panic selling, then you have to be calm and do the buying.
price will pump and sometimes dump its nature of the market so when you see continuously pump then a correction must need so if don't dump people how can buy this for that reason I say sometimes dump must need for rules of trade or business.

I am always positive about Bitcoin and I know that there’s always going to be a reversal whenever it goes down. Although for now I don’t know if it is going to get past the $60,000 price range again, it might just continue to circle around this price I’m going from $40,000 to around $50,000 and also going back down again. So whenever it is at $40,000 that might be a good time to buy it, before it goes up to the next price. We don’t know how long it’s going to take before the next bull run, maybe four years or some people will always see, which is during the next halving.

Totally agree, right now buying bitcoin and other altcoins that are on the red is the golden opportunity that many people are looking for, and I don't think that it's not in your best interest if you don't buy right now because this won't come often and you don't want to miss out on profits.

With the current price of bitcoin right now, it's going down and many are scared but it's also an opportunity to other people to accumulate and has great beliefs and adoption that bitcoin has more room to grow even with the market conditions right now. Always believe that price movement is a golden opportunity to own bitcoin and hold it for a long term will make everyone a good profit from it, never doubt bitcoin. Some panic selling, yet also many people buying the dip.

Honestly, this is the best time to trade and invest with bitcoin, If I'm to advise you on this, I'll give you a positive response to this. The decrement simply means an increase will follow suit, having double thoughts about it ? You can equally be a bit patient for sometime,if you're not optimistic so it decreases to an extent so you can buy more at a more lesser rate. Do well to invest, trade in what you can, another thing is that the price of cryptocurrency especially bitcoin is not predictable, because you are on rush to purchase it, and it's can as well leads to negative side. The summary of bitcoin investment is patient.

Something tells me it is a good time to buy
If something actually tells you that, then go ahead and buy and hodl it, imo, it's always a good time to buy Bitcoin, bear or bull run, it really doesn't matter for me, what's most important is you're not buying more than you can afford to lose, or you're not taking loans, borrowing money or doing other things you really shouldn't be doing just to invest in the coin.

Having said that, most of us invest/trade Bitcoin, so you'd always get a positive answer when you ask or talk about Bitcoin here, so what's best for one to do is to do their own research and come up with what's best for them.

Should this post not be in the speculation or Bitcoin discussion board?

What have you noticed lately about the price fluctuation of our dear bitcoin?

I see the following:

- the price rose a lot until the resistance that is at $52500 and as it didn't manage to break, it fell a lot to another strong support which in this case would be the support that is at $42000

- if the price does not break the support which is at $42000 then it will try to break the resistance which is at $52500

this is a cycle, if price breaks $52500 it will keep rising until it has strong resistance, if price breaks $42000 it will fall until it has strong support

When you do talks about stocking it or simply hodl then price wouldnt really bother you up since you do go after with long term but i cant really blame off that people would really be seeking off with the lowest price as possible.

Asking out on what would be the bottom or saying this is the good time to buy? No one knows and its your call if you do tend to go buy with this current price which it had really some non so big decline or simply
just a correction which is a normal event or scenario with this market.

Its always been volatile and to think that this had been the main recipe on why most people do dive in into this market.
