It might be good idea to impose restrictions based on forum activity so that cheaters would be discouraged from joining and legitimate members would have a better chance of winning.
They didn't change their predictions so far, but this sounds like someone is trying to implement arbitrage betting down here, we do not like it. This time we won't exclude anyone, but for the next predictions we will implement an activity limit.
