Added some more advertising networks with Bitcoin payment, including several popunder networks. Not sure, but I may missed several less popular networks.
If you found inaccurate information, can say something more or share your experience with these networks, your feedback would be really appreciated!

Thanks for sharing it, I added them to my article. I never heard about this network earlier, because it's brand new. And so far there are lack of reviews about this service.

I added one more Bitcoin paying ad network - it's Pinvert.com. So far it's not well known among bitcoin community, but maybe it can be interesting for some people. Check my article.

Also, soon I will try to collect all legit Bitcoin paying URL shorteners into one place and publish it here.

Just to confirm, I have sent an email to the customer service of Adsterra Ad Network saying that they accept Free Hosted sites such as Blogger and Wix, but the catch is you need to have your website to reach 10,000 views daily. I would say that it is an achievable goal even if you are a blogspot site but it would take too long to have that kind of regular audience through out the year. Maybe having good quality articles and a lot of organic traffic can help your free hosted site get that number of audience.
Thanks for sharing it, I didn't know earlier that Adsterra have bitcoin as withdrawal option. Yeah, their traffic requirements is quite strict. It's really hard to get 10k views daily, especially on free host website. But if you have really good content and your website is viral, Adsterra looks as interesting option.

how about adalso, it's scam or not?

When you try to withdraw your funds, it says "ERROR, Try again later". Been like that for months.

About mellowads: it was a great network, but recently they pulled an interesting trick. Our website got removed, with no e-mail or any kind of notification, yet the ads still show up, so they continue to get views, without paying us anything. I don't think they are scammers, but that specific practice is shady. (No replies over their support@mellowads e-mail either).
Yeah, Mellowads is known for not responding e-mails. I remember they even closed their thread on bitcointalk to avoid criticism and questions from users.
