There are quite a number of signature participants that are from the Philippines. It might be a case of the interconnected culture resulting in a quicker spread of Bitcoin, not to mention the infrastructure that readies users for bitcoin adoption (like coinsph)
It's quite convenient for the users to use a service like coins.ph to distribute the payments. It saves them time and the transaction fees are non-existent so which is good. It's great that they are using that, I wasn't aware the first time I looked into it. Nevertheless, at least they got paid.

Also it is quite common within local communities to share new campaigns with each other as soon as they pop up. And when in that case the filipino-community found this new campaign first and applied for it first, too + the manager does accept applicants on "first come, first serve" basis, than this could possible be the reason. Did not check for the timestamps, so just an idea for the moment.
I understand. That would definitely be an advantage on being part of a group where you exchange ideas and lift everyone else in that group for the betterment of everyone. For a new campaign, I think that "kind-of-rule" will apply because maybe good posters would apply first and you can lose a spot.

So of all the people that are included in the campaign, the majority are Filipinos? That's quite a coincidence. Hmm. Anyways, just pointing it out.

Edit: did a quick check on it resulting in acknowledging that 9 of the first 10 applicants are in the campaign, which quite sure speaks for the aforementioned guess.

^ I read payment is done thru coinsph. Maybe that'll explain some of the "irregularities".
Thanks for the info. Upon checking, the manager said this

Hello there mate. I’m using an app wallet. Coins.ph. Kindly wait and I will send it right away on this wallet. Thankyou Smiley

I did check it, that's probably why there are a lot of unknown transactions. So of all the people that are included in the campaign, the majority are Filipinos? That's quite a coincidence. Hmm. Anyways, just pointing it out.

not sure whether the payment is confirmed or not
After reading your post, I checked the Cryptomania campaign and to my surprise, the campaign payments are quite confusing.

I see this proof of payment they have - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/c35cc5c35fdfd01a43ea3b475d9fa1e1f586b9f777bffcc0173bb2cd0f450886

And there are only 8 output transactions 2 of which only corresponds to two profiles ChrisPop and numanoid

So I checked the other participants, like.

passwordnow - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/d900b6b0cbf0b7511d993c174fc0edb159cea7701521e3d15cbb2af55c189835

It is his wallet that only in that transaction. I'm guessing why would it have other wallets to be paid to. And I continued checking other profiles like this

Wonder_woman - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/3B9CWGGWHsbFKRbdQ51mgkSoTNe1K8Zgfx

Prettyme - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/3HiPAWGHKnqb7GQ3MXchtzypvRVfVCPCrq

It says Paid on the spreadsheet but isn't really paid on the address sheet.

This is quite sketchy in my opinion or maybe they could explain or something. Will try to investigate further when I have time, maybe others can check.

Here is a screenshot of the spreadsheet . They might change it or something
