My answer is No because:

2. Only people that would find that useful would be those that post as minimal as the requirement to get paid.

I cant recommend the campaign from Bitmixer.io

I just started being active on bitcointalk again after quite some time and therefore took a campaign with no min posts since I dont really know how much time I am able to invest in bitcoin again.

And I got banned in the very first week from this campaign although I didnt break any rules. I simply got the response that I should come back after being active for some time.

Therefore I think there is actually a min post amount. And I didnt even get a payment for that week which is not that bad since its not much but I didnt break any rules so a payment would be fair I guess.

Really good post as I already said. And the updating is continually done on daily basis that is even better thing. It should be posted to everybody as soon as they Jon or become atlas full member in the future. This will help people to understand the nature of forum easily. Thanks for sharing. When someone who is not really known on the community opens a signature campaign, Its very likely that no one would trust him and advertise his service for one week as there is a risk of not getting paid, to add some trust to the equation, the owner of the service gives the bitcoins to the escrow so whoever enrolled into the signature campaign knows he will get paid at the end of the week. The escrow is clearly a reputable and trusted member on the forums otherwise It wouldn't make much sense.

You can also use an escrow while trading with individuals and It works pretty much the same way. The buyer gives the funds to the escrow, the seller gives the goods to the buyer, If the goods were as described and everything is okay, the escrow release the funds to the seller.
