How about you guys just stop breaking the local rules and discuss this stuff in the campaign topic itself. Wink

I do not plan on opening a discussion thread, but feel free to do it yourself.

I am impressed by the fact that this campaign requires KYC for payments.

I have never seen this in any BTC paying campaign in this forum before.

Times are changing....
Dislaimer: I'm currently holding the funds for 1 month of this campaign. All payment will be in BTC and will sent directly on Binance Pay Account, Don't apply if you don't have Binance Pay Account since it will require KYC verification. Funds will be sent on Tuesday and there's a 12hrs cooldown to access the funds so you can actually move the funds on Wednesday as stated on the Campaign rules.
The campaign itself doesn't require KYC, but since they will pay through Binance Pay account then in order to have one, users should pass KYC. To make it simple, the campaign shouldn't have access to your personal information but Binance obviously will. That's what I understood.
I think that this topic has to split on updates only and another one for discussing grey stuff. I encourage Mitchell to create a new one and link it in OP.

Who generally wants to link their identity and their account on the forum for a couple of tens of bucks.  Undecided

We can now see what value these users attribute to their own personal data... practically none.

Privacy about personal data is not a concern for more than 99% of the people..

Please refrain from starting a discussion in this topic especially that the same thing was already discussed in the same page and Mitchell gave his point of view.

I was about to open a topic in meta about it but you know, red trust is the best solution to keep everyone away from it except some...

Do you have any previous experiences with the website ?

If you are referring to 1xbit being scam, just read this threads: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk or 1xbit scam accusations. Scamming gamblers since 2017

Or check their (negative) feedback. I absolutely cannot understand how one can advertise their service. I mean, come on... by wearing their signature, you actively support their scammy business model and lure inexperienced users to their scam website. I really welcome the fact that every user who participates in such a campaign gets a negative trust rating. These people have absolutely no morals.

While I can understand including the campaign in the first post of this thread for the sake of completeness, I still think that as little attention as possible should be paid to such a scam. I would really welcome another * in the OP linking their negative feedback/trust ratings.

I wonder if its normal to keep 1xbit signature in this list...every one get accepted in this compaign get a red trust and the reason is that the website is a known scam website...i want to hear your opinions about that

As long as it pays or its paying, it qualifies.

But then as shown on the table, its marked that there are ongoing issues so participants join at their risk because ita accused of scamming.

Up to them if they want to heed the warnings or not.

If Mitchell wants to remove it then i'll do it but for now i'll leave it on the list because imo it's better to list every campaign and give them the necessary markers if there's something notable with their campaign (as a way to warn other users in advance).
I totally agree with you ralle14. I can understand the relectunace to add 1xbit, but we have the red asterik exactly for that reason. The whole point of this topic has always been to link all Bitcoin paying campaigns. In the end, it's up to the person to decide if they want to join or not. Not listing them won't prevent users from finding them (especially not now, since people have mentioned them in this topic).

Thank you for bringing up the situation though, that is very much appreciated and should warn people (at least to some extend).

@ralle14 and Mitchell, I ask you to remove / not includ 1xbit signature campaign in the list for multiple reasons: multiple scam accusations, almost all members wearing their signature have at least 1-2 negative trusts from DT members, high risk of getting scammed... (Besides I have my doubts that the enrolled members, at least some of them, were paid to promote this scam, but this is another story).
More:
This thread belongs in the gutter, not only are the 1xbit scammers making a complete fool of themselves this thread has been a magnet for the Adkinsbet scammers sock-puppets.
I ask other members to refrain from quoting my post and starting a discussion here as requested several times by Mitchell. I couldn't hold myself from posting here to warn about the consequences of having it in the list.

Edit: OK, I respect your decision and thanks for the answer.
I will just add one thing that we can't compare yobit and 1xbit. Yobit flooded Bitcointalk with poor quality posts and as a service, they are using bad and shady promotions, yet I find the comparison between the two services irrelevant.
Listing all campaigns whether it is redirecting to a legit or a scammy service is a valid option but in this case, I think that the fight to clean our forums from them should move to meta sub then.

Weekly Update (link)

Two campaigns moved from OFNP to CFNP, one new campaign added to PNYC (included an asterisk) and one campaign under CFNP was removed.

@ me if there's anything i've missed.

Edit : I'm well aware of the situation between 1xbit but back then this list included signature campaigns that had bad reputations like Yobit. I don't see anything wrong with adding 1xbit as long as there's a red asterisk meaning it's not recommended. If Mitchell wants to remove it then i'll do it but for now i'll leave it on the list because imo it's better to list every campaign and give them the necessary markers if there's something notable with their campaign (as a way to warn other users in advance).

Rollbit signature campaign is now CFNP.
We are once again CFNP. Thank you for the applications!

I agree with LTU_btc. This topic is open for any legit signature campaign paying in bitcoin. Unless there is a scam accusations or suspicions or the campaign switched its payment method to another coin, it has the right to appear in the table.
I ask gently everyone to stick to the spirit of this topic.

Nothing personal, but I really believe that this campaign has no place in this thread, even though the payment is in bitcoins (since I see this as just a formality of adherence to the rules). Not to mention the fact that this amount of payment is simply humiliating ... with such an attitude towards users, the place of this campaign is on cryptotalk.
There is no reason to not list this campaign, as long as it's paying in Bitcoin and not scam. Yeah, payments is very low, but it's not discussion thread and if they will find someone who will advertise them for so little, it's good for them.
