Lutpin is good and stronger signature campaign manager
always on time payment and reputable trust
another lutpin
is yahooo is good too signature campaign manager but why not your added is listed

because OP is not updated the thread since 8 months. and the second reason is the thread is based on campaign manager's own applications. I see in first page. all campaign managers posted their details their selve. but Yahoo didn't posted his details..
not only yahoo , he ignore a lot of campaign managers. that's why I think this thread based on manager's own submitted applications.

Yes the topic is not updated for such a long time and better to make another alive thread like this there so many campaign managers who is not listed there like mexxer-2,,ZengryT,rosinpl,guitarplinker,yahoo and avirunes.

And i dont think he ignore them but instead he is not active anymore in this furom thats why this thread is can be called dead.

Hi all campaign managers, I have some questions and hope I'll get answers.

Well, I know that my rank is very low for being manager but I am interested in.
Is it hard to become sig campaign manager? What is the criteria? Your are trusted and it's easy for your to become another campaigns manager but what to do newbies and neutral trust persons?

In future I really want to become signature manager and I can also control for example 30 persons every post if job requires.

also if I for example will want to pormote a casino that accepts bitcoins, i'm not really interested in a campaign outside bitcointalk gambling section right? can I set up campaign in such way that the posters accepted for campaign will be only (well at least 75% of their posts) posting in the gambling section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0 ? thanks

Yes why not.
But according to me, gambling section is quite saturated with crappy posts since most signature campaigns (especially those that are in relation to casinos) targets that board.

Also remember to monitor your member's posts so that they don't end up spamming there.

Goodbye, Z.
what will be the approximate budget if I decide to run 100 people sig campaign for a month.
That's already a pretty big campaign, most campaigns we've recently seen are alot smaller.
I'd suggest settling for a smaller campaign, and giving the edge to quality over quantity.

About your question, it's hard to say, there are just too many other factors besides the size deciding how much a campaign costs.
I can however make a few examples.
Secondstrade (a pay per post campaign, not the best example, but the one closest to your size) pays out around 1BTC every week, however, that's a campaign with very low rates and many spam-posters.
If you were to run a fixed campaign (I will take rollins rates here for example), that 1BTC could easily get 20BTC+, even higher, if we would use the rates of other fixed campaigns.
And that's just pure payouts, not included here are costs for the signature design, the manager, the escrow (if used), etc.

As you can see, costs can vary a great deal, that's why I think it's better to decide a budget first, and then find a campaign style fitting for it, rather than searching a size/style, and then trying to press it into your budget.

Will it be cheaper (or better) than just buying bitcointalk ad after first post in every thread on weekly auction?
Last round, the forum advertising spots went for 1.05BTC the cheapest. A month would need you to win a spot in 4 advertising rounds, estimating at 4.2BTC.
Due to the wide range of signature campaigns, that can be either cheaper than running a month of a signature campaign, or it can't be.
About the effectivity, theymos usually posts some stats together with the auctions.
However, whether or not that is "better" than signature advertising, I can't tell you.

Yes, there are ways signature campaigns use for this.
Either a minimum quota of posts that have to be made in that section, or an additional payment for posts in that section, or...
Anyway, you can focus your signature advertising to attract a certain type of poster.

Goodbye, Z.
For how long usually does the average signature campaign runs?
That's different. Some campaigns run just for a few weeks or a month, others are open since 2014/2015 and still running.
It depends on what you're looking for, quick/short term exposure on a big scale or rather some long term/lasting advertisement.

What are exact duties of a campaign manager that I might be hiring?
That can be less or more. The very basics would be selecting the users to enroll, keeping a track on the participants and counting their posts.
Other additional parts might be making the payments/escrowing the funds and a few more.

How does the payments made between me and manager and between me and campaign participants?
For new campaigns and new businesses, it's usually best to escrow the funds for the campaign. In that case, your campaign manager and escrow take care of the payments.
If you're not up for escrowing, the campaign manager submits you the payment information (based on their calcuation, usually the addresses and the amounts going with them) and it's your task to pay them on time.

I have so many more questions, these are the first that come in mind. Thanks for helping me out, I'll post more questions tomorrow probably, so tired right now.
You can post them around here or if you want to, you can also shoot me a quick PM with some more in-depth questions.

amalref hasn't been here for over 2 months, but you can ask your questions straight away,
I'm sure amongst those following the thread will be some to answer them.

I don't think anyone has kept a record of how long a signature campaign runs on average. Since your interested in running one, run it until it doesn't give enough reward for its cost, or you don't think a campaign would be effective anymore if you kept running it. Duties probably vary from campaign to campaign, but usually accepting members, counting their posts, checking if their post quality is good and sometimes making payments. Some campaigns get the managers to make payments, while others make the payments themselves to the campaign members.

Is this still being updated/maintained?

I've ranked up to senior member, started managing a second campaign (OneHash.com), and my MBE should probably be switched to 3BTC.

This account (amalref) has been sold to me and I sold this account for 0.03 BTC.
But in few minutes i will create a copy of this so you can reply with your new rank.

This is great!

And are there rules on how someone new may become a Campaign Manager? Or is that at the discretion of the Campaign owner? It's tough for new members to get involved in serving as escrow and other roles, it's important that we don't turn people away who could be great contributors simply because they are new.

Goodbye, Z.
Nice informative thread, but it would be great if you add more details on each manager. Something like how fast they respond to participants, communicative or not, how strict are they etc. Just nake it simple with grade A B C, but I think you need to do a pool for it.
This is supposed to be a overview based on hard facts, not a ranking/review thread based on soft opinions.
I don't think it would be suitable to list things like "strictness" here.
