usually, wait for finished payments from campaign to remove them from the list.
Torcoin twitter campaign is not on Bitcointalk, and I thinking about posting campaign from external forums or site.

Also, from now I will notice on "BONUS" column where we have Facebook campaign too.

It is "Overview of Bitcointalk Twitter Campaigns" Because of that there has no non-bitcointalk campaign.
But I think what you need to look: Minexcoin, Exscudo, GetBounty campaign. There it is not necessary to be a btctalk member to participate

It depends on your Twitter account. You must find a campaign where is accept Newbie. I think you can find all most important information in OP table about minimum requirements, for other rules you have a thread link where you can find all other rules of each campaign

There is a many CLOSED or FINISHED campaign, and only reason, because i did not remove them from the table, is because not yet completed payment or still counting. Same situation is with Failed ICO, I suppose it's useful information if someone does not waste time trying to participate in dead campaign

Yes, every campaign will not allow newly registered members in the bitcoin talk forum, but I hope some campaigns will accept Jr. members. I hope you can participate in a twitter campaign without out any problems but if you qualify their rules and regulation what they mentioned in ANN.
