Updated.
Added some, removed some, updated some (primarily PD and RGC who seem to be updating their rates rather frequently).
I've added a new category for campaigns that have not yet reached their first payday / don't pay up front / don't escrow the funds. I will add new campaigns here first, rather than either waiting for a month (potentially) to see if they pay or making a judgement call and adding them to the main list.

If ritz increase further, man swapping to RGC will be tempting. I just can't seem to think if RGC is legit or not.
He paid out everyone on the 1st. I think a lot of lower ranked members will probably swap, but not Hero or Senior. Stunna still has more of a trust history, but Ritz could quickly build his up.

Ah. Not sure how much traffic one user will get, but signature advertising obviously works. If it didn't I doubt PD and Ritz would still be in competition.
I don't know about that; they will test how much traffic I bring and make calculations
Having a sig deal brings a lot of attention and establish yourself in the community which is a huge thing that must bring revenue, I have never seen data to confirm my statement though
One person posting under a member account will have completely different results to many posting under higher accounts. All depends on how many posts a month you do as well.
