This is a public forum and people can say and do as they please which includes telling you their opinion of you. Not everyone has to help people or hold their hands as they learn.

To some degree I understand where you are coming from, but ignorance is no excuse IMO. This whole situation appears to have been a clusterf**k, and I don't think your scrambling helped anything.  So now that you realize the mistakes you made along the way I would suggest just moving on.  For what it's worth your trust score shows as neutral to me, so there is no immediate repercussions and you will just have to have a conversation with anyone who questions it in the future.

The point here is that almost everyone here overreact and act aggressive and like i should know everything.
No i didn't know there will be taxes for gift.
No i didn't know if i talk with frank public about the issue and how can be fixed would be a problem and some jerk around will call me idiot.
No i don't know why the same jack ass kid would say i should be traded with caution consider i never had or will have any shade activity around and that was marker just because lack of knowledge about customs fees which have nothing to do with any trades but receiving free winning from giveaway.
Why everyone attack me and expect me to know everything, and why we are not allowed just to talk public so everyone could HELP but not attack someone who needs help about the issue ?
And why everyone ignores that owlcatz lied about i said frank should pay re-shipping ?
Why also everyone ignores the fact that owlcatz also abusing the trust system based on the same lie ?

Because racism is not only the color of the skin or religion, in 2018 money is what people love more than everything, and we can see how people act against someone who didn't have money at the moment to collect his winnings.
About the spam and lying claims, they are more than obvious based on the lie he spread that i wanted Frank to pay any shipping, and the same story based on the same lie in my trust score rating.

You're assuming owlcatz is mad because they didn't win. I can almost guarantee that this is not the case. And TMAN just likes to join absurd discussions. If you take a step back you might see that here.

If you buy a house, you are the one who pays tax on it. If you don't pay, the house isn't yours.

If you buy a car, you are the one who pays tax on it. If you don't pay, the car isn't yours.

If you win the lottery, you are the one who pays tax on it. If you don't pay, the winnings aren't yours.

If you win a competition for a piece art, you are the one who pays tax on it. If you don't pay, the artwork isn't yours.

You can't resell something that isn't yours.

Yes, consequences of entering the contest and winning the prize. This isn't your kid, or your dog, that logged onto the forum and by coincidence took part in the contest, right ?
You should have thought of what will happen if you win. Not knowing this shows that you have very little experience with receiving expensive items from abroad.
On the contrary, if you already knew this, why entering it ? Since you knew you'll have to pay at some point.

Frank is kind enough to gift this item to the community, this shouldn't be his work to look up the legislation of your country. It should be your work to do.
Your customs services will explain to you why there is a tax on an item you got for free.

If Frankbitcoin should or shouldn't pay import taxes, is another story.

The direct consequence I see to this is Frank not doing this type of give away anymore in the near future, or at all. Or excluding a whole bunch of newbies / jr. members / members ... from entering.
Anyway, all this hasn't done much good to the community, and there is nobody else to blame but yourself, Rambotnic.
And you try so hard to point at anyone contradicting you like owlcatz, TMAN, and now me, so people won't understand that at the origin, the mistake was yours.

Because, why entering the contest in the first place if you don't have the money to collect your winnings, considered as valuable by your government, that you got for free ?

2) You did wrong to the rest of the participants, by not being able to collect your winnings. You did wrong to Frank, who now needs to spend additional time in the context of that giveaway, to reply to you, find a solution, and apparently needs to gather informations about your country customs policies ...  

3) Asking is not the problem. Entering the contest without knowing what will happen, is the problem. You should have known what you're up to by winning, and never have asked anything more to Frank in the context of this giveaway, certainly not to spend more money from his own pocket because of your lack of knowledge about your government customs.

I were in talk with Frank why there is custom taxes on something free and so and is he available to cover them consider thats a giveaway on a free item and it should be totally free.
After he explain me and also customs agent explain me, i did close the thread after understanding whats going on
I never continued the conversation after Frank explain me and the customs agent.
I never requested/ask/forced or anything from Frank to pay even 1 cent for any shipping.
I made an auction saying that i cannot pick up the winning because i didn't had money to collect it.
It will cost Frank 0 cents if he wanted to reship it to the new owner with him covering the shipping costs which i stated on the thread.
So do you mind read before posting so you could understand where im coming from?

As I understand this disagreement, this is it.
You should have thought about the consequences of your actions, like what winning the contest implies for you, before entering it.
If you paid for the item or not has little significance when it comes to pay import taxes.

If someone gifted you a Tesla car in a foreign country, you as the owner, would have to pay import taxes, tariffs, to your government based on the value of the item being imported, when it crosses the border.
That has nothing to do with the fact that you paid for it, or no. That would be the same if you drove the car yourself from a foreign country, and taking it home. You are free to leave it abroad too and never pay import taxes.

At some point, if you want to keep it at home, you'll have to register it officially with your government services. And this has nothing to do with the fact that you paid for it, or not.

You also need to understand that some people may be upset because of that. Now, you are unable to retrieve the item as there were 15 more people wanting it.
Given that, a neutral feedback stating "Trade with caution" doesn't seem inappropriate to me, since you are unaware of how custom works for your country.

There's no one to blame here really. Mistakes happen. This is how we learn.
I'm pretty sure that the next time you'll be looking to trade, you will keep this in mind :  the value of the goods is declared on the custom forms, and you need to pay tax on the value of the item you import.

Those words were never written or said by me.
Not to mention he use the trust system as tool for his sadness and madness that he didn't won the giveaway to the winner (Me in this case).
He firstly called me idiot while i clear the situation with Frank, and after i realized its my fault not his and close the discussion, he placed fake trust score on my profile.
Is that what we are at bitcointalk ? Putting fake words on people mouths, being mean against some giveaway winners? Being aggressive to people who don't have money at the current time to pay the taxes for his winnings ? Calling people idiots because i ask for information ?

Im local police officer at the same country TMAN lives, and believe me, if they go to far, and harass people around and i do find evidences against that or they harass me, i will make public video of him being harassed and arrested for violating our country laws.
For now there is only fake claims and spam trust abuse which should be case for the DT members (if someone still care about this forum).
