The Owl.games seems not that active here, nor in the chat support since I tried to send a message to support two times and roughly waited 30 mins but still no support available. I think you should consider hiring one especially most users will have a question or would have a concern in some of the time. Also same concern as the others about the withdrawal option, if they all have the same fee just consider removing the low, medium and fast fee.

Agree on this and its good to see someone with same principle about this matter. Actually they are just charging a fair fee especially on BSC which I always use when playing. I usually deposit money and leave it there so that I can play whenever I want since my goal is to mine owl tokens while playing. There's no way I can lose my account too since I'm using my metamask wallet to login in the so I feel safe when playing on a Web 3 casino.
