Right now trying to figure out how many ETH per month you can get is pointless until the Byzantium hard fork scheduled for the second week of October is implemented. That will bring a roll back of all the ICE AGE difficulty ramp ups and return the network to where the difficulty is predicated on the total hashrate, as well as returning the block times back to 15 seconds. The block reward will also be reduced to ~3 ETH at the same time, so that inflation stays about the same as it is now with the ICE AGE ramp up and increased block times.

There will also be one more pre-programmed ICE AGE difficulty ramp up of ~20% on September 24th until the Byzantium fork is implemented.

Yea Im currently managing my computers remotely because I'm on vacation, but will definitely switch over from ETH when I get back home I have to be there to make sure everything is stable because I dont always have internet Smiley But yea I'm thinking of switching to z cash or using Nicehash but I was having problems with nicehash disconnecting alot.

Nvidia cards do far better on skunk (SIGT) coin and equihash (Zcash, Zclassic, Zencash).. AMD's are usually the preferred for mining ETH. You'll probably come out ahead if you just mine one of the Z's and convert it to btc or eth on an exchange. If you don't want to deal with exchanges and want ETH, then I can see why you would mine it but I would make your future rigs AMD cards.. Also, keep in mind the PoS switch

The difficulty with ETH mining is getting ridiculous I would imagine in a few months time it will be pretty pointless to mine ETH with GPU's with 22 cards I get a little less than $1000/month which honestly is a bit ridiculous there should be a better currency to mine Smiley

Winter is coming so don't expect much but space heaters for the coming months..

You can probably net 1-1.2 ETH per month dual mining with Decred on 6 x 1070's.

If you are mining long term, I would think ETH would be the most valuable to mine while you still can.
Which pool is better to mine eth ? I do eth with sia...i nver try with dcr ?

You have to take into account difficulty changes. You will NEVER make the exact same amount of coin from one month to another.

As of right now, 180mh should produce ~1.18 eth per month. This number will change daily so you will not find a real helpful answer to your question.
I really don`t know i made 0.2eth in 7 days and so...
Right now from the morning i start mining zec and i got 2840Sol i think is ok right ?

I have one question. I have 6x rx470, and whattomine.com shows, that most profitable coin to mine is eth.

But most of you saying, that it's actually not most profitable, could you please share why?

Thanks

1070 has more hash/speed for  zcash or equihash algorithm, wherein your situation amd is more profitable with eth

heh. for short-time goal switch to something else. If you believe in ETH, mine something else and than invest to ETH! Direct mining of ETH is not profitable right now.
Ironically I built my rigs for ETH but it was too late.

Why you mine ETH? Zcash is more promising currency, i guess

Just remember its only worth chasing max profitability if you sell your coins immediately. If you are planning on holding go with something stable.

i suggest you better go for monero mining as because the difficulty is less then ETH at current state .so you will get better share & better return then ETH
