Solved problem with miners that use cgminer (in some cases cgminer creates many connections and it causes a similar DDOS at node).

You should try bitcoin classic 0.12. I set it up on my node, it has much lower latency and lower memory consumption. Runs perfectly for > 1 day now. Just use

or something in your bitcoin.conf, as you don't want to get too close to the 1MB max block size (seems to me that p2pool has problems when hitting this limit).

Should be enough use bitcoin classic instead of bitcoin core
