Yes but most importantly is how much trust and support those investors are going to put on the coin . There could be a project with a big number of investors ,but as soon as the coin have a dump they will run away . the reason bitcoin is so strong and reached this level ,is because of its users and how much faith they have in the coin . So If the coin has a good and unique goal , people will help it reach the success it deservs.

I think the government, including the military, is able to think and if this technology can not be hacked, why should not the government use it? Under certain conditions, this is real.

You have a point, governments are not infavor of using cryptocurrencies and any features of it. Maybe some large private companies will use because of the great features that will be able to improve companies performance.

I bet the government are using crypto currency but not officially. And a huge mercenary campaigns are definitely interested in it.

I think if governments want to use such technology, they will agree without problems with the developer. And I think many governments will want to use the technology of blockchain.
