The joint development of California, Michigan, and Stanford universities — ICORATING is designed to automate the process of analyzing and evaluating ICO projects, as well as to identify fraudsters and protect investors’ funds. Scientists have uploaded information about 2,251 ICOs that were conducted over the past two years. Further, they compared the duration of the existence of ICO projects and the changes in the rates of the digital currencies they issued, with information on the primary placements of the tokens (White Paper, information from social networks, information about the founders, etc.).
