- In 2014, Pushed system platform started and I think they mean the platform of ISI group.
- In 2017, they started this project which aims to build a platform to exchange digital data through peer to peer.

On the one hand, the project is a work in progress; as you are aware, for the last several years. The ICO is for transitioning from the MVP into the Blockchain. On the other hand, if the hardcap is not achieved during this phase, its not a bother to us because, as written in the whitepaper, we will go into the next ICO phase to sell the tokens. Huh !! the project is still in the ICO phase ,they are raising money to fund the development of their system that will be adopted and used by companies later on. It's still too early for any partnerships.

Well they need to start getting partnerships early on for investors to consider this project. Investors are greedy for that moolah, if they can't see money anytime soon they'll start shorting

A rating can be easily manipulated especially if there are a lot of supporters for a certain project. It can be used as a basis for investors through. I think ratings that are legit nowadays are hard to find.
