IMO to prevent spam, you can lower into 14 post per week.

i dont think ppl will spam on less than 3 posts a day. most campaigns want more than 20 posts a week. i suggest of you cannot make 3 quality posts a day not to join the campaign.
no offense to anyone intended but i will be strict with this no spam rule. i do not think we are asking too much.
and lastly im awaiting masterp response to escrow the campaign so noone is worried

master-P escrowed your signature design contest. Is he being the escrow for this too? There is no mention of it in the OP.
Its a weekly paid campaign if i need to escrow for it i can but i don't think there's a problem.
people are hesitant to join a new campaign without escrow, not saying you wont pay out, but the possibility of not being paid out dissuades people; escrow would definitely help your campaign start off.
for these rates, the escrow address should always have at least 0.5 BTC in it.
