and he might get knocked and have irreparable damage. At his age, he will not be healing fast enough, so maintaining a good health is a must and fighting more fights is against that. Even without the reasons you mentioned, Health is more than enough reason to stop boxing at his age. He should be more active on promoting sports by supporting grass roots and doing better job at the senate.

Even though my money's still on pacquiao on this one, i don't think we'll ever see the same pacman we've seen a couple of years ago. Of course with all the experiences he's had, may very well just beat horn technically like how mayweather wins his fights. I'm not expecting something explosive anymore except maybe if horn knocks him out which is unlikely to say the least.

He will retire soon. I guess he's just using his last resources to earn some money to these last few fights before the proper retirement. It is not a bad thing though since Manny is a man that is active on giving funds to foundations, helping the youth for free school tuition fees and more.

Pacquiao need to retire on his boxing career because he already made a name of his own. so much better if he retired because he has a stable job and also one of the billionaire in the philippines. he don't need the fame because he is already famous much better if he focus on his senatorial job in his country than going on his boxing career.

well for my own opinion manny doesn't need the money what his doing right now is to entertain his fans and the whole boxing arena even his tired and already getting old, he's speed and strength is nothing compared 5 or 10 years ago we all understand that money always eager to win and always wants to hype his name so for sure he will try to fight the same way just to prove himself once more.

Thats true i remembered him saying that he will already retire but still he continue his boxing career knowing he is already a politician. however as a fellow filipino i will still bet and support him.

   In my opinion this fight is just nothing really, first of all Pacquaio retired then come back to play again because of money, and his opponent is much younger than him, I think Pacquaio is getting slow and his opponent has a chance to steal some of his belts, Pacquaio should have retired and continue his legacy and stop fighting and just teach the new generation or young one (filipinos) to make them good. Not like keep playing until you die. The point is if Pacquaio doesn't retire after this he will surely lose everything he has. He should be resting and chilling than fighting someone younger but still I will vote for Pacquaio but who knows what will happen.  

Exactly and no doubt. Manny Pacquaio is not fighting for fame now since he already achieved what he wants to achieved. As long as his body can still keep up on the ring and BTC$if the price is rightBTC$ then why not? Win or Loss majority of stakes will be on him since Horn is no name.

Lucky Horn, he will now have a big exposure providing he will only take home small amount of money to be consider in a main event with an opponent which is really a big name in boxing industry.

I agree that pacquiao needs to retire in boxing, he already have everything and he really has a lot of properties so I think he doesn't need to fight at all since pacquiao is old enough to retire. I thinks he needs to concentrate with his family and it is better that pacquiao open a business for his family so that they will have a future even if he gets really old. I’ll go Horn for me too.

Pacquaio still what it takes to win this game. Horn is doing and taking this fight for his popularity. This contract probably has a good deal and made Pacquiao fight again. If I can remember he did mentioned that he is not going to fight anymore but there's a fast change that he has an upcoming fight.

     I strongly agree with you, Even though Pacquio is getting older, I know he can give us a good fight on july 2,  Even in his previous fights he always give his best to win against to his opponents

 We follow his track in boxing career we know he is always train hard to achieve his success to win and I believe he can do it again this time and I know he will make our country proud.

I won't underrate this player, with his standing of 16-0 for sure he is not just a nuisance player. But because he wants to fight Manny for sure his name will be noisy after this game whether he lose or win, Horn will still win in this fight. Hoping that this will be the last battle for Manny and focus more with his political career.

I guess the tide will still turn to pacquiao because of the so called "experience". Even at an old age, pacman can still show off his punching power and with the experience he have on all of his fights, I'm sure he's gonna be the winner of this coming bout. He got the caliber to fight for more rounds in his career 

I can feel you Kabayan. We all follow Manny's career when he was still starting in his boxing career. I still remember when we was knocking his opponents left and right that's why boxing fans love him. However, after the Margarito fight, which I think started his declined in boxing. Because after that we didn't see the hunger in Manny anymore. I think Margarito has somewhat did damaged him physically and mentally and of course his KO lost to Juan Manuel Marquez really made Manny to be more careful and not to aggressive again.

Manny will win this fight. He will not be a stepping stone by Horn. I still hope he can KO him but I still go with my prediction. Unanimous decision by Manny.

Pacquiao should win an easy unanimous decision on this fight. This is a mismatch and this is just all about money. Pac is old though so his team will try to handpick easy opponents. Pac is no longer the same. He is old and his newfound faith lessened his ferocity.

The last time I saw Manny Pacquaio pulverizing much his opponent is during his fight against Antonio Margarito. After that, majority of his next match is kinda playing safe and the aggressiveness had been minimized. Im sure since he holds the Pound for Pound King for a long time, he is not that more on the target but for what his promotor said who will be his next fight. I follow Manny prior to his journey on defeating Mexican boxers. He really aims for that and all he think is go for a knockdown. His first target is to defeat Marco Antonio Barrera and he succesfully did it. If you will watched again the match, you can how deadly he is. And that deadly performance follows up to the following match. I don't think that because of age he became slow now. He is still fast and quick.

During his successful days and already earned lots of money, he became worried now for his fellow countrymen who spend big just to buy a ticket to watch him live. Imagine OFW's are earning for their family but there is always a time that those OFW's will purchase ticket just to watch him. That's why to make them pay, Pacquaio didn't want a knockout for at least 7th to 8th round which is not good because he is holding back, this is to give his fans a more time to watch without realizing that all his fans only wants a KNOCKOUT and it will be paid off. Now I don't see any exciting feeling when there's a Pacquaio match. In the past while during his fight, all the streets are clean because they are watching Pacquaio's fight but I noticed this past fights that not all are now interested to watch since, aside from his opponent are not that popular, every fight is now for money purposes. The spirit of deadly boxing to him is now gone.

Pacquiao will win this, but I don't think he can KO anybody anymore. He hasn't KO'ed anybody for the longest time and I don't think this will change in his next fight. Though probably there is chance he can KO, but I really doubt it. Especially now, he changed since he started boxing. He doesn't have that hunger he had before.

I don't think so, after Mayweather defeated Manny Pacquiao, the eyes are on Mayweather. But, Pacquiao is undeniably the world's best boxer after Muhammad, I think. With his upcoming match, I think this will not be easy because he will be fighting a young one, that means, he will not rely on his strength but on his experience as a long time boxer.

Nont only the best boxer on the Philippines but the best among the world and we do all know that. He earned many championship title on many division which means hes really good those commentary would really be precise this fight would really be too much on that young fighter but well its a good experience for him. This fight is somehow have fixed results.

i think pac-man gonna win the battle,Pacquiao still best boxer in Philipines,and he have so many experience,little ausie Jeff Horn still not balance for him,and also like Bruce Mctavish said,he believes the battle -tested Filipino will be simply too much for the young aussie Fighter.
