I am a native English speaker and I know about VPNs (although what you have written is very vague). I'd help but there's no way in hell I'm adding you to Skype lol. Post more details (as obviously everyone is asking). You have a lot of PM restrictions anyways because you're a newbie.

I can write and speak english considerably good. I have written few articles about BTC and have the knowledge about VPN as well. I'm just not sure whether I get to like this job, can post more info about this?

I believe I fit for all your requirements. You can check my post history for my English writing skill and I believe I have more than 4 hours free time everyday after my job. More importantly I have active VPN subscription and I have been working on VPN for last 8 years.
