Yes don't trust your online transactions any where... you are giving your credit card details and if your credit card is stolen or used for some illegal activity it would take years to explain. Anyway when you buying currency online it does not matter if its based in Pakistan or online. cex.io is safe and very much trust worthy. Other two which i have used for fiat -> crypto are PyaBis and Coinmama. But CEX.IO is more preferable its UK based fully KYC compliance.

Well i don't think what you saying is true? Also i don't understand why would you reply consecutively 5 times to same post :p.. i mean if some replies before you and then you post again it should not be a problem but may be 5 consecutive post not allowed.

Also yes there are some limitation on time until your account is upgraded so be patient and post and reply to only relative things. Its not a chat room but a discussion forum.

I am unable to understand what do they really want. Means there is a load full of rules. You cannot post more than 5 replies to a post. Now Like you have answered my question but i am not completely satisfied with it so I will reply to this post. But the rules say No more than 5 replies are allowed. No If we are having some discussion over a topic that is related to the forum their are many chances that your reply count may increase over 5 posts and 1 more thing do I have the permission to reply to threads that other guys posted or will it be considered as spam.??

What you did not understand? I guess you are posting in wrong sections.

Very simple yar...
1. Bitcoin se related post sirf "Bitcoin Discussion" main post karin
2. Firs section sirf bitcoin ki batain... in receptive forum for example... development, mining etc

Second import section is "Alternate cryptocurrencies" kisi bhi dosri currency se related discussion should go under this forum including ICOs etc

Third one is Economy where you will talk about exchanges prices and trading.

That's all..

In my opinion its ok. What I mean by ok that if you are investing your legal money in bitcoin through legal ways (you have paid your taxes on the money) and you did not use bitcoin for any illegal activity; its legal.
Recently Singapore announced that they wont ban the crypto currency since there is no solid evidence against it. Same applies to all countries, until government (FIA) have solid reference against crypto currency like Money Laundering or any other illegal activity you are safe.
