The FIA Cyber Crime Sindh has started taking steps towards keeping a close eye on the peer-to-peer transactions performed by Pakistanis using the application to curb the menace of terror financing and money laundering as Binance is the largest easy-to-go platform facilitating such activities.

The FIA Cyber Crime expects that Binance will adopt a liberal and swift approach in helping Pakistan track all these financial crimes. In case of non-compliance, FIA Cyber Crime will be justified to recommend financial penalties on Binance through the State Bank of Pakistan.

Bitcoin or crypto currencies are not banned in Pakistan unless you’re involved in money laundering or other illegal activities. Which has nothing to do with crypto. So this everybody knows FIA, State Bank and Media too but they won’t accept or announce it publicly. Aur waja yehi HFC like scams hain kion hamari awam jaldi ameer hone k chakar main in jese scams main phans jati hai. Aur FIA or Govt. inhin scams ko rokane k liye shaid ye stunts karti rehti hai.

Nahi baro actually FIA or Pakistan government didn't ask for user data who's using Binanace? Aisa kuch nahi hai aur nah Binanace aisa data share karta hai.

If you see the letter iss main spefically mentioned hai k these these wallet were involved in so called scam and these wallets pointing to Binance. And asking for only these specific users. Aur would bhi agar Pakistani honey you. Which I highly doubt. Kion k Jahan muje lag raha this specifically targeted by someone outside of Pakistan. Could be from China, Russia or India but many Indian also got scammed in such schemes.

To conclude FIA is not interested in knowing k who's using Binanace and like you it's very easy to find many of those addresses too. What FIA is asking about it only specific info of very specific wallets.

Don't worry guys it's confirmed that FIA ( Government of Pakiatan) has officially requested Binanace fot the information some specific wallets only. Allegedly these wallets were linked to previous scams like HFC and TASKTOK.

So other individual are safe and Binanace will not share the any info all users.

Wow to be honest I was expecting this since long time. But this also depends if Binance willing to exchange these details. Sab se phele binanace officially Pakistan main registered nahi so Pakistan govt. can’t force them to give such data. Second they can ask Binance to ban/block accounts related to Pakistan. This option is possible, regarding first option I don’t think Binance will share details of their customers.

Kion agar wo aisa karte hian tu ye world breaking news hogi aur sab logon ka trust Binance se uth jae ga. So itna bra risk tu Binance ki management kabhi nahi le gi.

Second optio easy bhi aur will not hurt many customers and ye process slow bhi hoga and will be given sufficient time to user to decide or withdraw their assets.

Bus in short among many bad news among crypto in Pakistan this could be just another news. In Sha Allah nothing serious will happen.
