Dear customers,

I know you have been waiting so long for our awesome miners. But today I may need to share with your the latest news about the pre-order of 17th May.

During May this year, about thousands units of PandaMiner B3 Plus have been pre-ordered. But as the GPU mining industry has been developing very fast recently thanks to the rising prices, it’s getting harder and harder to purchase chips from our suppliers. We have been waiting for such a long time too like everyone of you to get confirmative reply from the suppliers, but it always ended up with delayed answers.
There’s the news that almost all GPU vendors have made pre-orders but their supply cannot meet all the market demands. It’s not even possible for all vendors to get their orders. And therefore, some of you may not get your PandaMiner shipped from us. We don’t want the bad news either but we don’t have too many choices.

An emergency plan was made by us after rounds of discussions to avoid further losses. We have ordered a batch of RX 460 GPU to fill the gap to some extent. The new miner integrated with RX 460 GPU is expected to be delivered in July or August, with the hashrate of 105MHS±10%, and the price will be around $1810. We’ve prepared two options for you as it’s unlikely to deliver the PandaMiners you initially ordered:

Option one: convert the old order to new order

For those who made the orders on 17th May, you can convert our pre-orders from PandaMiner B3 Plus (RX470 GPU) to the new miner (RX460 GPU), and enjoy a special price of $1315 for each miner. When it is ready for shipment, we will inform you to complete full payment.

Option two: refund

From the date of 17th May to 17th June, we will make a compensation to you calculated with a monthly interest rate of 5% against your advance payment, which is about $51 for each miner. And also we will return all your advance payment.

Please contact us before 25th June and make your choice. If we don’t receive any reply from you, we’ll have to go for option one on your behalf. We will try our best to make all the delivery, and also we appreciate your full understanding. In the near future, we will process the order conversions as quickly as possible and make the delivery according to the time of your order.

A few words at last. Given the current market status, for those who are interested in GPU mining, we suggest you to buy the graphics cards in stock, instead of futures as they may be unlikely to be delivered due to the changes from the supply side. GPU chips are expected to be undersupply through the fourth quarter of this year.

I believe that this year will be a very important year for GPU mining industry. In the future, there will be more cryptocurrencies based on GPU mining. Excessive profits will not last and the ROI cycle may go back to around 10 months for GPU mining. I hope you can evaluate all the risks for your investment.

Well well well, isn't that nice?  Angry Angry

I suspect you're not going to get paid in BTC either, you're going to get a refund in USD which means the amount of BTC you paid at the time of the purchase could be lost as $2200 may not buy back as much as you had prior to the pre order.

It will be interesting to see how they handle this going forward with "pre-orders"

I'm still waiting on a GTX 1070 replacement from Amazon.com and it's been over a month, no stock of the specific GPU anywhere.

what is this "brake pedal" you speak of?
So why these nubs are adding 460 instead of easy to get 1060 3Gb or 6GB.
Maybe because they know how to solder the AMD chip, if they change to Nvdia they ned to rebuild the 'graphic cards'

from what i saw the new versions are standard desktop cards with custom coolers mounted.

the 1st panda had mobile parts, the later are just standard desktop cards.

Isn't that fucked?    and they post photos of "their" farm to boot!

Man if i owned that company i'd would for surely be offering up my own miners to the people waiting as an "option 3"
they oversold, thats not even legal where i live lol, thats like, selling unsecured assets most places dont let you do that (to avoid these type situations of course)

Bastards! haha

A warning to everyone that purchased pandaminers!

I ordered a dozen of pandaminers from www.pandaminer.com on April 17th 2017 with 50% deposit (7000 rmb) with delivery date in mid May for price of 14000 rmb (about 2000 USD).

Additional 50% (7000 rmb) was paid in early May.

The company still have not delivered the products as of today, June 16th.

The owner of the company asked for an additional 3000 rmb (450 dollars) before they would deliver, making the total price 17000 rmb. Remeber at time of order in April, we could buy a rx 470 for lesser than 200 dollars.

This is outrageous, buyers beaware. We lost 2 month of mining time and the company is asking for more money!

Is it true they are also offering option #2 which is full refund plus compensation of $732 for each miner?  That is what my friend said.  Wouldn't that mean making a profit off the cancellation?

Nice slap in the face of people that purchased Pandaminers. BTW you need to pay more for your miners and here is  pic of our farm. Should have just purchased some rx480 in April and built your miners. I tried buying but got shutout and so I purchased 24 rx480 cards in April to build up 4 rigs. Best decision ever.

They just posted a pic of their mining farm in the main topic. Looks like they are mining with my gear that I paid for and they said would ship last month!

Are they actually behind on some shipments?  If so, that is a big FU to anyone who is owed a miner currently.  "We promised a delivery date and missed it, but look, we don't have any fires with all the units we are currently running".  They just drop lower and lower in honesty.

All those pandas are B1 batches, those are NOT the ones they are shipping out, just to clarify guys.

I heard that The Claymore dual miner already have killed a dusin of pandas. Seems like the 6pin connector is not giving enough power to each of the 8 laptop gpu's and they get hot and eventually burn up. With 1 month warranty you are screwed..

Where did you hear that?

Did everyone get their shipment from April 14th ?
I only got 20 units today out of 50 and should be praying to get the remaining shipped by the end of the month.
This is completely f..ked up. Hoping to get by Christmas when POS is done. Anyone else is in similar circumstances?

I ordered April 28 batch, was told shipment by "end of May"......still nothing

I asked for a refund of btc I paid, they will only refund current exchange rate of the dollar amount your coins were worth at time of purchase. Total crap, I will never buy from these guys again

I am in the same boat. I do not want a refund though just want them to ship like they said they would ship at the end of May.
tried to tell yall earlier in the thread better to build ur own gear
