My experience with Pangolinminer was a good one.  I received my August batch on time.

On the first day of the batch, they will email you to confirm the invoice to be used for your shipment.  The sooner you reply the faster your stuff gets shipped out.

Thanks, concerning ~remove link~I formally depose claims to local district attorney (but in France ...), and declare scam site to Cloudflare (hoster) and GodDaddy (domain registrar) in order to block this scam site ...
No worries, please don't post the link for the site that ripped you off as other may accidentally follow it thinking it is legit. Even if you just break the link with a space in the middle that would be better.

Added in that they are hosting machines now to the OP.

So I felt it would be good to document how my pre-order went with Pangolin. I ordered an M20S demo unit With a 5-8 week delivery window. Originally spec'd to 72 TH/S.  They were very accommodating through the ordering process as I was in search of a new exchange or source of BTC for purchase, so it took me an extra day to arrange payment.

Unfortunately the my miner shipped 5 weeks late. This batch went in 2 separate shipments and mine was in the later batch. Compensation for this is a promised future discount on hardware. I appreciate the gesture but with the current lead time of November it's more of a token.

The gear arrived and was actually a 65 TH unit. After the pre-order the unit specs went from 72-68 TH . I did receive a small refund on my purchase which amounted to about 3% of my purchase price in USD. This is industry standard to pay out in USD equivalent and not BTC.

All in all I will still deal with Pangolin as they maintained communications and made gestures to compensate me. For new Demo pre-orders I may hold off. I believe they may have listed to early given the change in specs and delays in shipping the product.

I was wondering, did any of you guys purchase from this site https://microbtwhatsminerd1.com? Is this legit? They claim to be selling MicroBT products for way cheaper than Pangolinminer or any other sources, and they say they have Whatsminer M20S in stock already.

Experimented for you  Cry lost $1600 on this fake reseller  Angry ... then discover here exchange about ...

Is anybody confirming about serious of Pangolinminer.com ? what about Whatsminer.net (price a bit cheaper, especially delivery cost, and M20s available soonest) ?

Thanks.

Simply put they are lying and likely a scam. The M20S hasn't been released yet, there are some Demo's that are making the rounds at trade shows and some set to ship in a week or so. That's it.

It seems popular of these scammers to try and copy whatsminer as the miner carries that name. You can find a thread about that whatsminer.net here. You may also want to check out the Current list of Competitive Hardware it covers current gear and it's distribution chains.

Hi Yang,

I thought I replied previously. Nice to see someone from Pangolin dropping in. You may want to let some of the sales reps know about this thread. They can drop in and announce sales or changes to the service agreement to help keep the forum informed.

I'm looking forward to my next order from Pangolin being shipped out.

Evil beware: We have waffles!
Same here. 5 orders from them so far, all arrived within 1 week of me placing the orders.
Ja. I am one of those who has gotten no notifications for the last 2 orders but again, everything came in on time based on previous orders.

Aside from the notification bug so far I am very happy with both Pangolinminer and the M10's I've gotten.

Pangolinminer is a distributor of Whatsminer Miners manufactured by MicroBT. They also carry additional new and used hardware for sale.

They accept Crypto and Wire transfer as methods of payment. Shipping is sent via DHL.
They operate this site for sales and service https://pangolinminer.com

No known representative for them is on the site.

Pangolin is now launching a hosting service as well. Details can be found on their website or through telegram

My personal experience with them:
I have personally placed 2 orders through them without issue on their part. I will say that the last order for me and several others did not receive confirmation of shipping via email or the website, despite the orders being shipped and delivered. There were no delays in this last shipment just no notifications or tracking information.

Edit: My second review of service can be found in this post
