Staying calm n composed in such situations is the key to every problem of yours. being a trader, it is normal part of your life. Because the crypto market is so damn unstable and subject to uncertainties. You never know the next move of the market. So getting panicked, anxious or depressed after every slump would only disturb your life. It will do no good to you. Instead you will make some ridiculous decisions in pursuit of getting relief from your anxiety. So all I would say is try to maintain your cool in such situation and never lose your temper.

P.S. : Patience is the characteristic trait of a good trader!!

Well, I understand you. It really is very hard to get rid of that persistent worrying in your mind. But trust me, we are all worried. Some may not admit it but it is clearly the truth. So don't worry, it is completely natural specially when you think about what you could have used the money for had you not invested. The only difference that I can see is how people react to these worries and manage their fears. This is what enables someone to either make thousands or lose thousands.

Just go with the flow that is how the market works. Do not panic instead buy more at dip because cryptos are not always at dip there is a rise time. Just think that you in mall and buying some stuffs for sale

In stock market when a share perform well and price goes up then most of investors recovers the profit and price of share get down. But that not mean the investor's faith break down. After down fall some investor shows calm and some investor who has sold their shares they recovers it at down rate. And the price of share get back to growth.
Same trend i think is happening with bitcoin and it will get back to up side and will break its highest level. So i suggest to show the calm and being in bitcoin it will show the good result.

No point in panicking at this time as it is too early. We are yet to enter the 2nd quarter of the year where the good news are about to unravel (if history will repeat itself) just like last year. Well actually it was really the start of 4th quarter where we can really feel the joy ride so I'm not worried at all. I even forgot (intentionally) that I have btc and few alts in my wallet, you know Grin

It won't do you any good if you always check the graph you might end up depressed or worse. It's actually the time to go on a spree and buy yourself some btc.
